Le ragazze non vogliono prenotare questo posto da sole per i seguenti motivi: 1. La posizione è troppo remota, ci vogliono 40-50 minuti per raggiungere l'aeroporto IAH e un taxi costa 50 dollari; 2. Le strutture, i display ei pavimenti sono fin troppo vecchi, adatti per realizzare film horror texani; 3. Le persone che vivono sono diverse, e ho incontrato un tossicodipendente che viveva in questo edificio quel giorno;

Come membro di Wyndham, questo hotel era uno dei posti peggiori che abbia mai soggiornato. La prima esperienza era con il desk front. Ho chiamato per confermare che venivo dopo mezzanotte e la signora si è assicurata che informerà il revisore notturno. Quando sono arrivato alle 12:30, ho dovuto mostrare al revisore notturno come trovare la mia prenotazione perché non era nemmeno adeguatamente addestrato in come utilizzare il sistema dopo 6 mesi di lavoro. Poi abbiamo scoperto che la prenotazione era contrassegnata come NO SHOW perché ha chiuso la notte. Ha chiamato il suo direttore di ufficio per aiutarmi a dare una stanza a me e alla mia famiglia, mentre abbiamo una prenotazione, e ha fatto un saluto molto poco professionale durante la conversazione telefonica e ha trattato questo povero tipo come se fosse un idiota. Gli disse che dovevo fare una nuova prenotazione e cercare di aiutarmi non era motivo di disturbarlo. Ho quasi dovuto controllare me stesso perché questo tizio non aveva idea di come accedere a un membro che pagava punti e ho dovuto addestrarlo passo per passo. Quando ho chiesto di suo addestramento MyPortal, non aveva idea di cosa stavo parlando. Poi, quando finalmente siamo entrati nella stanza, sembra che non sia mai stato pulito, la stanza e l'edificio sembrano non avere alcuna manutenzione dal 1960. La camera da letto era di sangue, il letto come se qualcuno stava dormendo qualche minuto prima di noi... solo un disastro.
