Hotel situado en una zona tranquila. Sin agobios ni masificación, amplias zonas, habitación muy confortable con balcón. Pequeña piscina con jardines, buen servicio en general, si quieres relajarte en el spa o algún tratamiento de belleza aconsejable hacer reserva previa. Si accedes en coche, tienen parking aparte, hacer reserva ya que la zona no tiene fácil aparcamiento público. Unos 10 minutos aprox caminando hacia zonas de compras, restaurantes y playa con su bonito y tranquilo paseo.

Mi reserva 36230273 tenía incluidas 2 bebidas en la cena y me las cobraron indicando que era un error comercial, el bufet escaso y a mitad del servicio ya no reponen con lo que o vas de los primeros o te comes las sobras. Un 4 estrellas solo por el cartel. No vuelvo ni regalandomelo

Mooi ruimtelijk hotel, ooit echt luxueus, nu kamers gedateerd en aan renovatie toe, ze doen wel enorm hun best om het proper te houden. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid, wel aan de typische groot keuken kwaliteit. Zeer vriendelijk personeel Toch geen 4* waard

I see alot of people complaining about stuff at this hotel, but i had a very pleasant trip.. Breakfast was good, hotel looks amazing, pool was nice, multiple floors, good bar, and a very social hotel where people ask you to come play cards etc. with you. All staff speaks good english, and they help you with whatever you need. They got transport up and down from the beach so you don’t have to walk. Beds were comfy too. Some downsides of course: Some handles are loose, for example in the shower, outside, but again this isn’t a huge problem to complain about. It costs money to use the inside pool, and you have to pay for shoes and a bathing hood. A/C didn’t blow as cold as we would like, but it was cold at night so we had the door open. The shower water can switch to very hot by itself, but it’ll turn over within 5 seconds. The hotel is a 8.5/10.

Estuvimos por trabajo en la zona unos días. Debido a la época no es que hubiera mucho donde elegir y a buen precio y la empresa decidió este hotel. Lo primero que nos llamó la atención fue la recepción, con cierto encanto sí, pero también con cierto punto de serie cuéntame. El personal siempre amable y colaborador. La ubicación no es mala ya que esta apartada del paseo marítimo y de los bares. Con lo que le da su punto de tranquilidad. En cuanto a las habitaciones, en nuestro caso (que no se si serán todas igual) es una habitación muy básica y con cierta mejoras por hacer. En mi caso por ejemplo la puerta de la terraza no se podía cerrar porque faltaba el cierre a la puerta de aluminio. El baño también se veía que tenía su tiempo. Es cierto que cumple pero en cuidar los detalles está la diferencia. El buffet del desayuno y la cena fue básico y sin mucha variedad. Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es la zona interior de la piscina donde por la noche hacen las actuaciones que es muy tranquila y agradable. Y lo que supera todo es la terraza que tienen en plan chill out, con unas vistas espectaculares. En resumen, no es mal hotel pero me esperaba más.

Good day. I cannot recommend this hotel, at least not worthy of 4 stars. The location is on a hillside. I'm in good shape myself, but if you don't mind walking up the hill to the hotel, choose another hotel. My own travel agency, TUI, didn't tell me about it. Weird. The mattress on the bed was really hard, which luckily was replaced. The soundproofing is terrible. You will wake up in the morning to banging doors. The light shines into the room from under the door. You can also hear the conversation and tv in the next room very clearly. If you are in the bath, the sound feels like someone is talking in the same room. The small refrigerator in the room is not in use all day. Miserable. Ants are running on the floor. I am attaching a photo. The strong poison I smelled on the first day that gave me a headache was probably for ants. If you want the sun, I can tell you that many balconies don't get the sun even once a day. There is also something good to tell. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. Cleaning is efficient. Ants still live in rooms. The gym is good enough, but there is no air conditioning. The beach a few hundred meters away is beautiful. The long promenade is also pleasant. The price level in the area is affordable and the food is delicious. So in summary. Technically, the hotel is not of high quality. The staff is really good.

Un peu décevant, parking un peu cher 20 euros la journée, ( et si vous arrivez après 17h et vous partez à 7h, vous payez quand même une journée de parking) literie moyenne, petit déjeuner copieux mais industriel... Très bon accueil par contre Très belle vue également

We had a good stay at this hotel let down by a couple things. The food was fantastic! The staff were GREAT. The hotel itself was fine! but the hot water wasn’t available all day, and it also took a really long time to get warm or even hot at all We had a big problem though with one of the men on the desk. My wife had queries about something not in too good Spanish, and he just shooed her away like she was dirt. We saw him speak to others like dirt too! An old guy who works later on in the days. - counter balanced by a really friendly really helpful man who also worked on the desk. It’s a problem for this hotel! But it didn’t wreck our stay - he can keep his own problems to himself!

Big, comfy bed. Comfortable chairs on the balcony. Spectacular view. No tea or coffee making facilities and no complimentary water. Breakfast was warm rather than hot. No selection of breads available, only for toasting or rolls. Hotel lacks signage and is a bit scruffy. Helpful staff.

La suite Casablanca de suite solo tiene el nombre: divan sucio, suelo del baño sucio, cajones rotos, poca luz (no puedes ni maquillarte un poquito), sin mando de aire acondicionado, jacuzzi con piezas sueltas que provoca arañazos en el cuerpo, si enciendes las burbujas se apaga la tele, y se sale el agua encharcando la habitación, cama dura, chorretones de óxido en el balcón, y cucarachas saliendo de agujeros de la pared de la ducha. Dos días 540 euros con cucarachas en una suite.

Certainly not 4 star.The hotel needs a make over looking very tired.Didn't venture out as the walk is too steep for me to handle.Our room was over the kitchen very noisy first thing in the morning.The shuttle car to the beach is a danger having 1 bald front tyre and the other a different make.Would never pass the ITV and is putting guests at risk.Iwould only give this hotel a 3 star rating at best.The spa very nice but 50 euros per person for use of the spa and a 30minute masssage.Alicantewalt stayed mid week break.

Een goede service door attentvol personeel. Lekker spaans eten in de all-in. Bijbehorende dranken à volonté. Ontspannende vakantie in een prachtige zonnige omgeving. Niet overdreven druk. Ook elke avond animatie en muziek.
