Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel molte volte negli anni e non voglio davvero scrivere una buona recensione sull'hotel e L'Estartit in generale, perché non voglio essere troppo popolare perché non posso stare in questo hotel meraviglioso e amichevole. Tuttavia, ritengo che debba rispondere alle osservazioni di Annie F. La situazione finanziaria avrebbe potuto essere un malinteso da entrambe le parti, ma non riesco a capire tutte le altre osservazioni. Quale tipo di colazione ha a casa, questo colazione è servito sul tetto e è un servizio personale. Sono disponibili quattro tipi di pane, panini, tostapane, carne e formaggio freddo, uova bollite, fritte o sgranate, bacon, salsa, yogurt, frutta fresca, cereali, tè, caffè e succo di frutta. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel in generale è proprio nel centro della strada alta con la spiaggia al fondo della strada. Non c'è altro hotel a L'estartit con un parcheggio auto. Le camere sono grandi, eccellenti, senza spot e confortevoli. Il ristorante dell'hotel è di prima classe e il personale è amichevole e utile.La piscina e la zona circostante sono pulite senza scena con eccellenti servizi personali e un bar che serve cibo e bevande. Devo raccomandare questo hotel nell'ordine più alto come piccolo hotel a gestione familiare e rimarrò qui di nuovo quest'anno.

What a great Hotel !! Just returned from ten days (booked with Jet2) staying at the Medes II - the staff were all friendly and very professional. Our room was perfect, bedding changed every other day, towels on request and cleaned every day to a very high standard. The bathroom was an adequate size with a bath with shower over; we had a sea / mountain view (as do all rooms at the front), good size balcony, bit of road noise but if you close the shutters / sliding door and put the AC on overnight you don't hear anything. The restaurant was spotless and the food was of a very high quality with plenty of choice. The bar area was clean with plenty of tables, also a pool table, and local guide books on hand. Plenty of parking out the back with electric car charging, pool / patio area was a little on the small size but adequate and suits the size of the Hotel. This is a family run hotel and you can certainly tell, we will definitely be returning in the future.

As a previous hotel manager for a 4 star apartment hotel/apartment myself I will be completely honest and realistic with my review. Apartment - When you first step in you instantly think ” oh nice” but as soon as i took my shoes off and walked around my socks went from white to brown. Floors were filthy, Not only did they not mop the floors but they didn't even bother sweeping it. I even found crisps and hair on the floor. But as i was in holiday spirit I cleaned it myself and moved on. When it was time for a shower I noticed my towel had weird yellow stains on it, i then found that all the other towels were also horribly covered in stains with i dread to know what. Then the bed sheets! Bed sheets had stains. All 3 of them. At this point the receptionist pretended to act shocked and gave us another apartment. When we went into the other apartment it smelt awful, like sewage. Receptionist then gave us fresh towels and sheets but again, it was dirty. In the end, we just stuck to our normal apartment and washed all the bed sheets and towels ourselves which we had to pay. It came out sparking clean with no Stains!!. You will also need to clean up the apartment yourself and wash your own dishes before leaving, they give you a small pack of cleaning products to use. This won't last you if you are regularly cooking or using dishes frequently. You also have to provide yourself with toilet rolls and bin bags which i found strange. Everything needed to cook was there which was great. Internet - Was perfect, no issues. Aircon - only 1 in living room, another needs to be put in bedrooms to be honest. The fan for the ac was outside the balcony on the floor which leaked and blew cold and hot air at you while your sitting down. Noise levels - if you have neighbor's next to you or downstairs or even outside from the balcony you will definitely hear everything, this was fine for me personally but if you are a light sleeper then probably not. Swimming pool - playa 3 had a small pool, the water tasted extremely strange, almost like chemical salt. I couldn't swim in it. Other pools were great. They close all pools 7pm which is inconvenient as it would be a nice place to sit and socialise. Dogs - As much as i love them and the idea you welcome them to stay in the apartments, i spent my holiday hopping and dodging poop on the floors outside the building and around the area. Reception Manager should really implement fines for people not picking it up. Surrounding areas - Supermarkets were really close by, and tobacco shops. Cash machines were very close as well. There was a place around the corner to go bowling which was lovely as it had a bar and game room. There was also 2 bars with lively music and great choice of alcohol. Bars closed around 3.30am. Bowling around 1am. Beach - was so lovely, so close to the apartments, if you want to sit on a beach chair it will be 5 euros. They had a bar and cafe directly on the beach with incredible food. Un hotel decente con cibo decente e personale decente, ma io offro un basso punteggio per UNA REAZIONE: c'era un gran gruppo di esigenze speciali che usavano l'hotel. Dalle mie esperienze di lavoro con adulti autisti, non c'è modo in cui questi individui debbano condividere spazi occupati - talvolta inaspettati - con bambini piccoli. I loro assistenti non erano abbastanza buoni e questi ospiti andavano da soli in giro per il ristorante - prendendo utensili e cibo da bambini piccoli. A volte il ristorante era come un giardino - rumore a snorting e brassing. Gli ospiti sono costantemente sul bordo, soprattutto con i loro figli, e ci sono hotel speciali per questi individui e purtroppo hanno rovinato l'atmosfera e il relax per molti ospiti. In un momento uno dei bisogni speciali degli adulti ha cercato di entrare nell'ascensore con i miei figli, che avevano già dovuto lasciare il ristorante a causa del suono di un altro che vomitava sulla sua tavola. Non è accettabile che non sia stato fatto nulla in merito per i 7 giorni che ero lì, ma vi sono stati altri problemi di sicurezza intorno all'hotel, ma soprattutto non dovrebbero accettare questi grandi gruppi perché interferisce con il piacere degli ospiti.
