Hotel a Kyoto, Kyoto settentrionale

From the moment we arrived at Roku Kyoto, we felt completely taken care of. From the warm greetings we received as we got out of the taxi to the genuine smiles and hospitality given to us at Reception. There is a pride that exudes from everyone at Roku Kyoto, and for good reason. It is an absolutely extraordinary hotel. But it's not just the beautiful accommodations and the incredibly thoughtful design throughout the property. Nor is it just the sumptuous food stunningly presented at every meal. It is the people who work there and represent the true heart and soul of what the Roku Kyoto experience is all about. My wife and I have traveled all around the globe and we have rarely encountered such a level of excellence. The architectural design, the interior design, the facilities and the grounds are all stunning. In fact, the photos from their website do not do it justice. The room we had on the 4th floor was gorgeous and the bed was perhaps the most comfortable bed we have ever encountered (and we travel often!). The tranquility, the views, the attention to detail throughout the hotel are are not just glorious but absolutely inspiring. The gorgeous pool is filled with water from the natural hot springs that abound in that area of Kyoto. It is a sumptuous experience to swim in that very special pool. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was the best we encountered in Japan. The food was beautifully prepared , the choices were extensive and stunningly displayed and the service was impeccable. In fact, service is another thing that sets this extraordinary hotel apart. It's not just well done, there is a pride and a joy that emanates from every member of the staff, no matter what their position. It's what gives this place true heart and soul and it's what elevates the experience. We will never forget our stay at Roku Kyoto and cannot wait to return! We would like to especially thank Kayo Naskagawa. Her attention to detail, her inherent ability to go the extra mile for a guest. Her sweetness and ease. Her ability to listen and use that information to heighten the Roku experience for a guest. Kayo, for us, represents everything we love about Roku Kyoto and why we cannot wait to return.

This is the second hotel I stayed in Kyoto. Before going to Aman, I read some of posts here that the service was bad. I then quite regret to make a room reservation though I was impressed by the photos and posts from website. Besides, I had a bad first impression toward Aman Kyoto as they replied email for at least 3 days. This is not acceptable for such hotel with high room rate. When I arrived the hotel for the first day, I was quite surprised by the service. The hotel staff load my luggages from taxi efficiently and sent them to rooms directly. Then I was guided by another staff for check-in. She served me and my child a cup of green tea. This green tea is very special. Its taste is green tea but has a floral smell. My kid and I were very impressed. Unfortunately, I forgot to buy one before leaving. Then we went to Living Pavilion to have lunch. After lunch, our room was ready and a staff took us to the room and introduced us the facilities. The room is spacious, even the bathroom. We stayed in room 楢 . It is near the Living Pavilion, hotel’s restaurant. It is quite quiet. For our staying of two nights, we almost had dinner in room. The Udon noodle tastes good. My son ate it in lunch time and two dinner time. The hotel also provides welcome desserts for every night. First night is dried persimmon and the second night is chocolates. The chocolates are very very yummy. I tried the spa massage for two times. It is really good. As only me and my son in this trip, he couldn’t use the complimentary onsen. I then paid for a private onsen. It is very comfortable. The room’s pillows are very hard. My kid and I didn’t have a good sleep. We asked the front desk to give us a softer one for second night. It still doesn’t fit for me. Thus I didn’t sleep well during my stay. The breakfast had three choices: Western, Japanese and wellness. We tried western and Japanese breakfast. Both are delicious. Especially French toast in western style and porridge in Japanese style. The taste is unforgettable. The hotel environment is very comfortable. It is far away from the city. Only trees and grass around us. Everywhere has fresh air. It refreshes me. If the bed and pillow fit me, it will be perfect. We also had lunch in Tak-An restaurant. The food is good. The staffs are very nice and kids-friendly. They are very tolerant to kids. The check-out process is also very smooth. Everything is well-prepared, even our luggages. We booked a transportation to the Kansai Airport through the hotel. The driver is nice.

Comodissimo perché collegato direttamente alla stazione! E c'è un senso di qualità ed è pulito. Sono soddisfatto di questo prezzo. Questo è dovuto alla mia svista, ma quando ho scelto una stanza, c'era un piccolo segno in alto a sinistra, non me ne sono accorto, quindi ho prenotato al prezzo più basso con colazione. Poi, al momento del check-in, ero di fretta quando mi è stato chiesto: ”Lo prendo nella sala fumatori. Va bene?” Non riesco a dormire in un letto che puzza di tabacco. Ho pagato 2000 yen in più per cambiarmi in una stanza che era appena libera. Avevo qualcosa da fare a Kyoto e stavo solo cercando di tornare a casa dopo un po', quindi se la stanza non fosse stata disponibile in quel momento, avrei pagato il 100% e sarei tornato a casa. Era pericoloso ~; Puoi goderti lo shopping a Isetan, che può essere percorsa in meno di 5 minuti (ho comprato troppo), ma poiché è un modello così puntuale, sono libero dopo le 9:00. Vorrei scrivere sul lusso, ad esempio se il bagno fosse un po' più grande, o se ci fosse un negozio di massaggi con un limite massimo di circa 10.000 yen, potresti godertelo in hotel durante il giorno.

Controlla presto in 😊 e tutto era in ordine.. Il migliore spazio per la stanza è stato il 2 camere prenotate e lo spazio per la stanza è stato ... La posizione era piuttosto centrale e doveva camminare a 15 minuti dalla stazione di Kyoto ... il colazione era anche grande .. una vasta selezione di cibo e bevande ... è il miglior hotel che abbiamo soggiornato in Giappone .. raccomandato!

L'esterno dell'hotel sembra un po' vecchio, ma le strutture interne non sono obsolete. Sia la hall che lo spazio della camera sono molto grandi. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. Si trova a 1 minuto a piedi dalla stazione di Kyoto.

Dopo anni, Kyoto ha scelto questa casa di moxy, davvero consigliabile!La reception è molto innovativa con la bar, e la sala riposo è anche molto grande e piena di atmosfera giovane e dinamica.La camera doppia in Giappone non è piccola, può essere ripartita in due scatole, le lavanderie e i letti sono molto puliti. La pressione del bagno è molto buona, il bagno è super lucido!L'uscita dalla strada è molto conveniente per la stazione.Ci sono anche diversi negozi e negozi di comodità vicino alla sera.

Dato che eravamo in tre persone, pensavamo che sarebbe stato affollato a Kyoto, dove la terra è preziosa. Dopo aver aperto la porta, sono rimasto sorpreso di scoprire che l'appartamento era molto grande, con finestre accattivanti dal pavimento al soffitto e servizi completi. Ottieni davvero quello per cui paghi. La prossima volta sceglierò questo hotel.

Onestamente, la stanza è un po 'vecchia e monotona nel design, ma il loro servizio è un oro. Non troppo vicino n non al tipo meccanico o al servizio confortevole, se succede qualcosa, sono sempre lì, per massimizzare la tua comodità. Mi dispiace descrivere in questo modo, poiché non ricordo esattamente il loro nome, ma il servizio di queste due receptionist, una volta da Taiwan, l'altra dall'Indonesia è molto flessibile e professionale con un atteggiamento caloroso, più l'altra ragazza dai Paesi Bassi è molto veloce e anche preciso con un adorabile sorriso contagioso che scalda il cuore. Quindi, questo posto sarebbe l'ottima scelta per chi cerca casa lontano da casa.

El hotel tiene una locación céntrica, con buena oferta de locales de comida y de diferentes rubros en los alrededores. El lobby es amplio y tiene vistas a un antiguo jardín japonés, sobre el que también da el restaurante. La habitación era de dimensiones estrechas, ocupada principalmente por la cama doble, con una mini mesa de luz y un mini escritorio. Había un espacio muy angosto con perchas pero no tenía cajones ni estantes para guardar la ropa. El silloncito tenía el tapizado manchado, una nota desagradable que desmerece el lugar. Había cafetera y agua mineral de cortesía. El baño era también mínimo, una cabina de plástico similar a la de los aviones, pero con una bañera muy pequeña. Los artículos de tocador estaban disponibles en el lobby, supuestamente por razones ecológicas pero probablemente por falta de espacio. El desayuno era básicamente de estilo oriental, aunque, a diferencia de otros hoteles, también ofrecía una opción buffet, con algunos fiambres, croissants, pan au chocolat y dips para untar. No había tostadora ni mermelada. Las infusiones eran té o latte. El personal era correcto en su trato. Destaco la cordialidad y eficiencia de la empleada de recepción del comedor. En ese mismo espacio, funciona el restaurante, que cierra a las 20.30. No hay room service.

Pros: il bus era molto conveniente. Cons: Rinovamento molto vecchio - ci sembrava di tornare indietro in 90s. Le materassi di letto erano anche molto vecchie e causavano dolori posteriori inferiori.
