The best location among the hotels in Butuan because it's just in the Robonson's place Mall. Breakfast was tasty. They also have free drinking water at the hallway. Affordable stay too.

Very comfortable and clean bed. I liked the pillows and sheets very much. Right outside Robinsons Mall.

Booked for my friend and they said the Hotel was good. Room was cleaned well and the receptionist was very accommodating.

The Go hotel is fine especially the location. however the amenities are not so good, toothpaste,toothbrush or soap are not available . drinking water is not available in the room, although they have a water dispenser outside the room.

The employees at this hotel were very accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. It’s at a great location at Robins on mall which is very convenient. Would certainly stay here again when visiting Butuan.

We had a wonderful time there, get to catch up with relatives. Service was good but not much facilities at the hotel. Shopping Mall attached to hotel so convenient for everything. Great stay, would recommend them to all

The location is accessible to almost all establishments, although the amenities were not that good. The sink of my room is a little clogged, but not that serious to worry about.

I requested for a cancellation. I’m kinda disappointed that I didn’t get atleast half of my payment.

It was my second time staying in this hotel and on those two separate occasions i've experienced aircon leak which made my stay a bit uncomfortable due to slippery floor.

I requested for iron sked,a day before i needed it but didnt get response,that they cant provide for it.our first assigned room smelled cigarette to think its a non smoking place/room.staff is not enough to clean the stairs,in my 2nights stay.guest during our stay are so loud,children are running at 11pm that woke me up.
