The whole experience was very pleasant. We appreciated the staff's extensive explanation of how the things work in Nazuna, suggestions on where to find food and how to get to the nearest shopping area. The hotel room is a separate building on its own and the designs were unique. The presentation of the breakfast were done nicely and they even offer night snack - egg sandwich. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return in future.

Service was good. The room facilities are excellent. Also the breakfast are delicious .

Happy with my recent stay although there is issue with my room air conditioning. Staffs helpful and try their best to resolve the problem. Would certainly stay again.

I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for privacy and luxury! Each units are a standalone house that have been renovated in the inside. Fantastic staff and service!

Crazily perfect place during the winter. The private onsen is a must thing to do during winter time. Match up so well with the weather. The corridor of this ryokan is good for pictures taking! Book early with hotel if you wish to wear their kimono to take pictures! Good time to spend with your loved ones. This is the most expensive stay I have ever been to but I enjoyed it a lot!

Very good for anniversaries or couple stay with private onsen in the room. And very good attitude staffs. Thank you.

房價太高了，要交 2000 税。早餐結束的太早，退房時間 11 點太早。備品的售價也特別貴，特別高級。高級得不行

很有熱色的日本旅館，房間很小，樓梯很陡，不推薦帶長者小孩兒入住。價格貴，還捆綁早晚餐，我們到晚了，晚餐沒吃上，但是晚餐的費用必須付！非常無語😓，總的來説，性價比低，不推薦！

不知道是歧視，還是酒店員工死板。房間可以，也有人會講中文，checkin的時候服務非常好。但是，住到第二天的時候，請求酒店幫忙定第三天的餐廳，酒店員工也答應了，並且告知我們要定的餐廳打烊了，需要第三天營業的時候幫忙定，我們説沒問題。第三天我們先辦了退房，存好行李問前台，昨天答應幫我們預訂的餐廳成功了嗎？ ！！！重點來了前台説，不好意思，我們不能幫助已經退房的客户預訂餐廳… 我震驚了！！！第一，五分鐘前我辦理的退房；第二，你們前一天就答應我了，我現在衹是問那個餐廳預訂成功了沒有… 後面僵持了一會主管出來説衹能幫我們再給餐廳打個電話問一下…就以上，體驗十分不好…完全對不起6k+的房價 …

一進入這家酒店感覺很舒服，這家酒店距離錦市場15分鐘，呢間酒店提供和服租借服務，服務員會事先得到你既身高，顏色喜好，會根據你要求既時間，把和服送到你房間，再幫你著埋，整個過程大約45分鐘，著完既和服只要放在房間回有人嚟收嫁喇。

非常美麗的一家溫泉旅店，內部裝修很簡約漂亮，很乾淨。 店員十分親切有禮，而且英文水平很高，對外國遊客溝通很一流，值得再住

房間很日式風格，很獨特，距離市中心很方便，就是價格有點小貴但和房價的國內酒店比起來都不算什麼了

很偶然的機會跳出這家，很日式風格的酒店，適合三口之家或者情侶，在院子裏拍照打卡，女兒講下次還來
