Hotel fantastico. Camere nuove e super pulite. Colazione, snack e caffè top

Al momento della prenotazione ho indicato che avrei voluto due letti singoli, seguendo l'esempio nel campo richiesta, ma dopo essere arrivato in hotel ho scoperto che si trattava di una camera con un letto matrimoniale. Quando ho chiesto loro il motivo, hanno detto che non potevano affrontare la situazione perché era una stanza privata. Qualora la richiesta non potesse essere accolta, avrei gradito una risposta in tal senso entro il termine di cancellazione della prenotazione. C'erano molti segni delle mani sullo schermo della TV nella stanza e la pulizia non era stata eseguita correttamente, il che ha dimezzato il divertimento del viaggio.

The location is very close to the train station just only 3-5 min walk. Very big and clean room with a big bathtub. The breakfast is excellent. I will definitely stay again :).

Staff is very helpful and good in English without any problems in communications . Highly recommended! The view from the rooftop terrace is stunning.

It's my third time here. Children friendly with different activities in the hotel. My families love it very much.

Hotel is conveniently located close to Umekoji train station, with the Umekoji park next to it. Hotel is spacious with plenty of communal space for family activities. Great place for family to chill out for a few days whilst exploring the greater Kyoto area.

Loved our stay here - the hotel was very clean, the design was very homey and room was spacious! The only thing was the receptionist could not assist us in calling restaurants (we only asked for one call to be made to check if we could move our existing dinner booking up because we arrived at Kyoto early). The staff mentioned there are some policies under which the receptionists cannot make calls for customers.

Free parking, spacious room with a good onsen, way better than i expect

At a very quiet neighbourhood, and surrounded by tourist attraction like railway museum and aquarium.

A nice place in Kyoto, drive distance close to 嵐山. The hotel with coffee self make area, reading book relax area which is so comfy and feel good.
