Hampton Inn Kuttawa/Eddyville

Front desk was very helpful recommending a restaurant. The room was clean and I love the hooks for your coat or purse. I also love the area to sit your luggage that isn’t cloth. The hair dryer was horrible and the towels were small and thin but that’s the only complaint. The big squirt bottles for shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion makes perfect sense. Always love the Hampton Inn bedding.

I always try and stay here while traveling to Florida and back. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds comfy. The breakfast is very good. Ample parking and close to a nice restaurant.

Breakfast is wonderful!! Been on the road all week and this is superior to all the others. Great staff. Pet friendly.

Cindy at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The room can probably use some updates, but it was clean and spacious.

The Lady at the front desk was really nice and accomodating!

The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the towels were large and soft. The only reason for cleanliness was there was some mold/mildew around parts of the tub, otherwise the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was the superstar of our stay. All of the food was delicious and hot. We were even asked if everything was good by a woman who seemed to be in charge of the breakfast. We were on the way home from Kansas and there had stayed at a Hyatt and I can tell you this Hampton Inn was much better in all ways. Would definitely stay at this Hampton Inn again if in the area.

They do not clean your room. They said they will if you ask but we asked and they did not clean it. I’m handicapped and wear diapers the tiny trash cans can’t hold 1 day of diapers much less 3. Front desk is rude, day and night. Sad! The office area is a joke. The computer closes constantly very frustrating and no ink to print. The only nice people there are the tep ladies in the breakfast area. They were so sweet. I was so busy trying to get the computer to work and the one lady came over and said you haven’t eaten yet do you want me to keep everything out until your finish. She was so sweet, but I couldn’t eat I was so frustrated that I couldn’t print out the work I had done. I tried talking to the front desk, I waited for 10 min while she was on the phone with no acknowledgment. She could have said could you please hold a moment and see what I needed but no. And of course she had no ink for the business printer. Just totally dissatisfied I will not stay again. Again the only nice people were the breakfast ladies, I only ate there one morning out of the 3 but I went in each morning to greet the the 2 ladies because they were so kind. The front desk would not even say anything everyday as we went in and out for 3 days. Who trained these people? We stay in hotels all over and this is just not how you treat your customers. Good Morning and a smile go a long way! I had more energy than all of their front desk staff put together sad.

Bathtub had mold around it, front desk guy was not only condescending but matter of fact about it. Parking was ok and they accepted pets.
