酒店規模在比羅夫小鎮裏算大的，前台非常負責任，離雪場走一個上坡路走幾分鐘就可以到，吸煙室很好，澡堂子也不錯，挨着成吉思汗烤肉館

酒店衹有check in和check out的時候才會提供接送。不過出門就是免費shuttle的站點，還是很方便的。感覺位置很中心，兩邊都是餐廳很集中的地方，馬路對面就是超市。酒店服務員都是澳洲人，英文沒問題。
房間浴室的台階很高所以要小心絆倒。

Great location, lots of bars and restaurants, close to the bus. The hotel is very basic which was fine for the price we paid. Nice simple worm breakfast that never changes. Staff are all foreigners very friendly and knowledgeable. On the first day we had many questions and Jess was very patient and helpful with a big smile.

Standard rooms are well equiped Suites are noisy Get an interior room if staying more than a few nights & sleep is important Good spot Red bus shuttle stop 1 just 30m up the street Breakfast pretty good Staff are young, transient & need training to anticipate guest needs Housekeeping great

The Green Line of the Hirafu Shuttle Bus stops right outside the Hotel, and makes for an extremely convenient way to travel to the Hirafu Mountain Centre with all your ski equipment in tow. A 5-10mins level ground walk to Aya Niseko ski resort provides another choice for skiing. Breakfast is from 715-915am, with enough items to select for 2-3 days.

Room was dirty with hair and dust under beds. Limited towel and bedding service. No milk or tea bags in room. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Cooked breakfast everyday was cold and staff paid no attention to refilling coffee or replenishing food that had run out. Would not recommend
