真的太棒了，ski in ski out！離比羅夫1號纜車100米，每天滑完雪把雪具寄存在2F雪具屋，換好酒店拖鞋簡直太輕鬆了！雪具屋還幫清理雪板，烘乾雪鞋。So warm！早餐也很棒！對了，酒店還有車到俱知安JR站接送。

雖然二世谷的春雪很一般，但酒店的服務和設施治癒了我的心。尤其是每天滑完雪訂一個免費私湯，非常愜意了。

An extremely well maintained ski resort, with an awesomw view of Mount Yotei. Situated right below the foot of Mt Annapuri, and next to the Hirafu Lift with her own ski-in and ski-out valet on Level 2. My son and I stayed in their one-bedroom suite and their in-room amenities were great. Although it is a pity that they don't seems to provide room-service of food, as I was feeling unwell and still needed to dine at the restaurant for my breakfast and lunch. Their resort was staffed with an internationalised team who can cater to multiple language needs, and they are all very warm and attentive. Their response to my queries over messaging prior to my arrival was extremely helpful and prompt to arrange the ski lesson and snowmobiling experience. I am grateful. The breakfast spread is generous with seafood, served in a fusion Jap restaurant. Although their display of the breakfast can be further thought through, the flow and the positioning aren't optimal. The narrow lane also seemed to be crowded with watching service crew. Overall, I love the room ... It was perfect.

Wonderful stay at Ki, fantastic facilities, big room and lovely Onsen. So close to lifts and ski concierge was great! Concierge team were incredibly helpful before and after stay. I thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel when skiing in Niseko.

We had a lovely stay at Ki Niseko. Front desk was very helpful and the ski valet staff was personable and very friendly. Breakfast buffet was delicious. And the restaurant was great to visit after a day of skiing. Wait staff was super friendly. i'm not sure which I enjoyed most; the onsen, breakfast buffet or lounging in my Ki Samue. All in all, it was a very special week

This property gives you the perfect mix of ski in/out and walkable access to all of Hirafu. The location is really amazing. The rooms are great and the staff is even better. Always helpful, accommodating, and friendly. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Our family stayed at Ki Niseko for 3 nights in early January 2024...one of our best experiences. Located next to Hirafu Mountain Center and Holiday Pair Lift 1, it's convenient for us to pick up ski gears at a counter inside the hotel and directly ski in & out. This area is less crowded than those around Ace Family Lift at the west of Grand Hirafu...thus, an ideal place for beginners. Our Nitori Room is spatial, cozy, clean, and fully equipped with various facilities & furniture, including stoves, oven, dishwasher, laundry machine, utensils, dining table, etc. Our room was supposed to have Mt. Yotei view. Unfortunately, there was heavy snow & cloudy during our first 3 days. If you visit Niseko during heavy snow season, booking the volcano view room is at your own risk. Majority of the hotel staff are international. They are professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel offered our family complimentary private onsen and transfer to Hirafu Welcome Center's bus stop. Breakfast is delicious and with sufficient variety of foods, though the menu was nearly the same everyday during our stay. All in all, we would recommend Ki Niseko and hope to come back again.

As great as the last time I visited in 2019. I waited for four years to come back (mostly because of the pandemic) and again had a great vacation here. Fully relaxed and rejuvenated in this trip. Look forward to coming back! Personally I highly recommend the rooms with the Mountain View, I can sit in front of the window the whole day just watching mt. Yotei.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, enjoyable Ibsen, good view of Youtei mountain. Nice golf courses nearby. Delicious food around the hotel. I would come by every summer to enjoy the nice weather here.
