Worst experience! pathetic property, nobody should book it. Firstly you have to climb 15+ stairs to reach to reception, there is no lift to reach. Also the rooms are so small like an animal place. Zero hospitality, pathetic staff. Complete wastage of money.

Service is not as per the rate they are charging. Also the rooms have no windows for natural light or air. Bathrooms are very small. Rooms are not deeply clean.

The location was not good, there was no parking area for people coming in cab. We have to take out our luggage on the main road itself. You have to climb one small 2 feet wide stairs to reach the hotel. The hotel starts on the 1st floor. Ground floor some other shops are there and doesn't look like hotel. It's definitely not good for family.

Clean room and bathroom. Helpful staff. Hotel is on the main road. No dedicated parking. No kitchen available. Tea is provided on order.

My recent stay at the hotel was far from satisfactory. The room left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. Upon entering, a musty odor greeted me, suggesting poor ventilation or inadequate cleaning. The linens appeared worn, and i couldn't shake the feeling that they hadn't been changed properly. The bathroom was another disappointment. Mold stains marred the grout, and the shower curtain had seen better days. It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not paid attention to detail. The overall ambiance was dreary, lacking the warmth and comfort one expects from a hotel room. To make matters worse, the noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor was incessant, disrupting any hope of a peaceful night's sleep. The thin walls did little to shield me from the disturbances, making the experience thoroughly unpleasant. Moreover, the furnishings seemed outdated, giving the room a tired and neglected appearance. The lack of modern amenities and the absence of any thoughtful touches further diminished the value for money. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was regrettable. I would not recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable lodging experience.

The room was too small to even keep the luggage. The bathroom was even smaller to stand and take bath. Have to take a long stair to reach the reception.
