It was a great hotel, and everything was on spot one of the great places I stayed within, had there a lot of fun and memories, but there were two main problems. The first one is that I didn't have the option to include breakfast in the order, I ordered dinner once at the restaurant there, and it was amazing, worth the money, and a wonderful experience, And the other problem is that the location is a bit of a walk uphill, and it has been hard every time when I got downtown and had to climb back over, btw the zip code was wrong, so I had a rough beginning, and very hard to find the place at the start so travelers, when you are getting there, search on google maps kane midory and follow that or get a taxi to the location, it should be around 1k yen from the bus station so it should help you a lot with that. Anyway, the staff was amazing and helped me a lot there, and I would be glad to come back soon and stay there again with the hope that I could include breakfast with my order next time; either way, I had a great time there, and the experience was amazing.

We love it. Nice location and convenient to walk around the city. Rooms are nice and the onsen is cool. Service is good but can be a little more friendly to foreign guess and patience with us since we don’t understand much the language. More sign would be good to let us know what check in procedure is. Feels confusing when many ppl coming in. Not too flexible when comes to celebrations and dinner arrangements. All in all still good

Went with my mom and had a great trip. The hotel is pretty discretely tucked away, but very close to the bus stop. The room is a good size and comfortable winter coat was provided for those going out to an onsen. They even had heated blankets!

Questa è la prima volta che si ospitano in un hotel caldo a Pranzhen. Siamo auto-escursionisti, quindi è molto conveniente. Hanno offerto una grande scelta e varietà per colazione e cena per anche per due giorni consecutivi che avevamo soggiornato. Vorrei tornare. Osen era ben mantenuto e pulito.

Nice area but quite disappointed with the room as I booked for a private bathroom but in the end we need to use public bath as there’s no shower in the room.
