Kusatsu: hotel con bar

Took JR express to Kusatsu. From train terminal take a 25 mins bus to Kusatsu bus terminal. There is a shuttle to bus terminal upon request. Take less than 3 mins to reach bus terminal. If walk, then you may take longer times. I booked half boards. Dinner included. The dinner is super good. Free flow of rice, soup n side condiment. Breakfast was Okies. Takeaway coffee cups prepare for you. I specially love the onsen. Robe n slippers had prepared in room for your usage. Kusatsu is a place to have a short getaway from Tokyo.

Lo spazio della stanza è molto grande e il viaggio è molto comodo per una persona.L'hotel è diviso in tre parti, vivendo nel piano superiore medio del nuovo ospite, il paesaggio è molto buono.Non camminare dalla stazione di autobus con i bagagli all'hotel, specialmente quando si scorre la neve, il lato della strada è sottile e scivoloso, facile da scivolare. L'hotel ha un autobus a tempo determinato per la stazione di autobus, Tong Tang e l'hotel, quindi è più conveniente trasferirsi in un hotel di Tang.L'hotel ha performance ogni notte, in particolare il tamburo giapponese, e gli esercenti sono molto seri.Anche se la scelta temperata non è molto, ma la superficie è troppo grande, quindi non si sente costretta. L'intero accesso all'hotel di Liu è ideale.

We had a pleasant stay at this lovely place. The host family is very friendly. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and surroundings nearby. The breakfast was great. My husband loves the tea room the most as he could work from there during trading hours.

Questo è un posto molto conveniente, vicino a Yubatake. C'è anche un parcheggio gratuito, molto utile quando si guida in viaggio.

It’s a bit hard to get to the hotel from bus terminal if u have luggage with u as it’s a downslope to get to the hotel. There’s also isn’t any lift in the hotel so we have to carry our luggage up to the second floor. We realised when we checked out that there’s actually locker for the luggage at the ground floor. There’s only one type of water in their public onsen which is kind of disappointing as we have high expectations since it is an onsen town. The onsen water however is good. We do feel some difference before and after onsen. There’s also free coffee & hot chocolate drinks right outside the onsen area. It would be better if there’s ice water in the onsen area as the water can get very hot & especially when there’s no cold tub there. The room however is spacious with comfortable bed. There’s also a foot bath located at the ground floor of the hotel right beside the breakfast area.

Location is good, easier accessible from the bus station and within 3 minutes walk from the Yubatake. But it is surrounded by construction and therefore the view is not attractive. Service quality is good, staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. Food quality overall is fine. Yet tradition Japanese cuisine would make the experience of an onsen vacation whole more than fusion cuisine. Choice of onsen is limited versus the price level. Only 1 public bath is available. The 4 rental baths add more to the range of choice but they are quite quickly occupied.
