Il nuovo hotel moderno con una vista chic sulla baia. Ma il personale dell'hotel è estremamente inamichevole, ha fornito la più fredda ricezione possibile. La stanza non era pronta per le nostre camere, anche se siamo arrivati in tempo. Aspettavano 30 minuti. Il prezzo del colazione è di 20 euro per persona, e ciò che è scritto nella prenotazione non è interessante. Hanno anche detto che non hanno parcheggio e i problemi di auto sono i nostri problemi, parcheggio dove vuoi. Non hanno dato alcuna informazione sui servizi dell'hotel - né sulla spiaggia né sul hamama. Non abbiamo mai capito dove sono. Nel rapporto abbiamo preso un deposito - 50 euro!! In generale, tutto il tempo che ci sentivamo non siamo stati felici qui. Il servizio è terribile, non dovrebbe essere.Nessuno raccomanda

We stayed for a couple of nights, the location is perfect, close to the seaside and there are a lot of restaurants and bars around. The room was spacious and rather clean, the bed was just amazing, real soft and felt like you’re sleeping in a cloud. We really liked the breakfast too, it had everything you could wish for and they also had fresh orange juice, my absolute favourite! The indoor swimming pool turned out to be smaller than in the pictures, but I mean it was still nice to be able to swim.

Vantaggi dell'hotel: 1. Servizio cordiale, il fratellino ha aiutato rapidamente il servizio di parcheggio; 2. La pulizia e il design della camera sono buoni sotto tutti gli aspetti; 3. Minibar gratuito; 4. C'è Starbucks al piano di sotto, dopotutto, come si può non bevi dieci yuan quando vieni in Turchia Una tazza dello Starbucks più economico del mondo; 5. La disinfezione è stata effettuata durante l'epidemia; 6. La posizione più importante è molto comoda e il lato opposto del piano di sotto è il mare. Lo svantaggio è che non si sa quali attività siano particolarmente rumorose di notte sulla spiaggia di fronte, e la musica suona fino alle due del mattino, ma potrebbe essere proprio oggi, e non dovrebbe essere normale, quindi nel complesso gli do un punteggio di 4/5.

Grande soggiorno nel bellissimo hotel. Prenotiamo una camera gemella per 5 notti. Il letto era comodo e fluffy. La stanza è pulita ogni giorno. Il personale di ricezione Gakhan e Musa erano sempre in mano. Amichevole e ospitante qualsiasi richiesta. Scrisse le passeggiate e rispose e le domande che avevamo. Fulia era amichevole e ha esteso la nostra prenotazione in camera senza alcun problema. In generale, una buona esperienza e sicuramente avrebbe usato di nuovo questo hotel. Buona posizione e facile accesso alle strutture. Era un viaggio veloce per il trattamento dentale e tutto era ben collegato.

We recently stayed at this cute and charming hotel. It’s pretty small and doesn’t have an elevator, which might be an inconvenience for some. The rooms are a bit too small for two people with suitcases, especially compared to other standards in the area. The pool area is nice but also on the smaller side, and the sun unfortunately goes away by 3 pm. However, the location is perfect and we were not bothered by any noise from the streets, which was a relief. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting us with storing our luggage. The hotel offers good value for money overall. However, there was a significant issue with smoking in the breakfast and restaurant area. It was overwhelming and made it difficult to enjoy the food. A suggestion would be to divide the restaurant into separate areas for smokers and non-smokers. This change would greatly enhance the overall experience and maintain the aesthetics of the boutique hotel. The smoking definitely takes down the overall impression.

Having recently spent 9 nights in Kusadasi with my beautiful wife of 25 years anniversary. We spent our honeymoon there although it was in” Bitez” back then, other times it was ”Golden Day Wings” now since closed, sadly. We spent the holiday in the Shuan Seaport360 Hotel (room 312). This was our first time staying here at this hotel, so we were a little apprehensive. There was no need to be as on arrival close to midnight, we were met by a very warm and friendly night receptionist by the name of ”Can” who had excellent Englis and could not have been more helpful and reassuring to us that we would enjoy our stay with them at the ”Shuan ” this set the theme with all the staff. On our first day there, we met Yasin as we entered the lift. He enquired how we were doing and then introduced himself as the hotel manager. We were blown away by his beautiful manner and kindness, especially his genuine interest in knowing about us and our visit to Turkey. He was so assuring and assured that this left us with no doubts about the remainder of our holiday. His kindness permeated down to all his staff. He certainly is a Hugh asset to the hotel. Our room was excellent, spacious with a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities. Air conditioning was excellent. The fridge had complimentary water, and every day was restocked. The fridge worked perfectly. The bathroom was good, and the shower was excellent, with great pressure and not fixed to the the wall, thank goodness. The view from our balcony was spatucular. You could see the beautiful marina / beach and the cruise ships arriving into port and departing. (Couldn't ask for a better view) There was a 24-hour reception, and safety was the hotels' utmost in security, so we felt very safe. Walkability to the marina, beach, shops and restaurants was just beautiful and very safe, the Turkish people are lovely. Food and drink at the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was buffet style, hot and cold, and so plentiful, enough choice to suit everyone needs. Note worthy details; I have a bad knee, and my husband has some issues with his back, we found the bed, fridge, safe, and toilet a little on the low side but it didn't hinder us (bed very comfortable) Taxi ride back to hotel is recommended after an evening out as is quite steep up the hill to the hotell, cheap at €4.00 and safe Thank you, Suhan Seaport 360 Hotel and all the staff who made our holiday a pleasant and memorable time to cherish. Un soggiorno meraviglioso nel cuore di Kusadasi. Vicino alle principali attrazioni, tra cui la stazione di traghetto a Samos. Il proprietario dell'hotel, Muhammed, è una grande personalità. Egli è molto accogliente e supportante, ha trovato una soluzione per tutte le nostre esigenze. Ogni volta che arriveremo a Kusadasi, questo posto sarà la nostra casa.
