Kommt für mich nicht mehr in Frage. Bin 3 Tage vorher eingereist und habe telef. gebucht anstatt über die App. Erstaunlicherweiser war es teurer. Auf die Nachfrage wieso ich mehr zahlen muss, verwies man mich an den Hotelmanager. Vergebens wollte der Manager mit mir nicht sprechen. Jedesmal hat man mich vertröstet. Mit Frust musste ich beim auschecken bezahlen. Personal an der Rezeption absulut unfreundlich. Allen war mein anliegen bekannt , alle wollten Rücksprache mit dem Manager halten. Das Anliegen war dem Personal scheißegal. Zudem habe ich das Zimmer gewechselt... defekte Steckdosen nicht funktionierendes Telefon , fehlende Vorhänge , defekter Haartrockner ... usw. . Der Manager hat das Personal nicht im Griff, sowie wenig Ahnung von Hotelleitung. Völlig überteuerter Preis Leistung. Putzpersonal ruhen sich im Zimmer der Gäste aus , während die zum shoppen sind.

Non ho dato un unico punto solo per la bellissima posizione e vista dalla camera sul mare/tramonto e la grandezza della stessa e la piscina molto bella ma tutto il resto è terribile: Camera sporca, bagno e doccia incrostati dal calcare e mezzi rotti. Phon in bagno con presa mezza rotta e pericolosa (impossibile usarla), doccetta che si è staccata e mi è rimasta in mano....Assenza di tende oscuranti in camera (ho dovuto chiederle con insistenza e hanno provveduto quasi scocciati). Lenzuolo superiore che arrivava a metà letto. Camera mai rifatta in 3gg.Colazione molto scarsa per qualità (assenza di cose dolci, solo salato ma qs è comune in Turchia). Forse andrà bene per gli standard turchi ma non per un italiano.... E pensare che risulta essere un 4 stelle. Sconsigliatissimo.

Purtroppo devo recensire piuttosto negativamente questo hotel...che a poco di Deluxe.Nonostante la posizione spettacolare siamo lontani dagli standard internazionali. A partire dall' acqua fredda in camera,.alla cena direi....neanche da mensa..Peccato....

Terrible- only 5 star item was the bed as it was super comfy. The views were amazing also. Reception area was very nice & staff were friendly. Went up to our room to find bathroom door would not close. There were a few lights in the room not working. The paint was in need of tlc. Shower was poor quality as it did not come out the shower head properly. Would not recommend with children or for a long period of time. - we were woken up by other guests shouting and laughing outside our door early hours of the morning. We complained to the front desk but unsure if they were spoken too. We only stayed for two nights but would not stay again

Very comfortable, huge bed. Daily room service with water, tea, coffee, towels. Nice rooms. Good aircon. Clean. Very nice staff. Small fridge but no ice tray. Pool closed for maintenance despite marketing saying it would open 31 March. Nice breakfast if you like Turkish. Lots of salads. Bars not open. Very few clients so evening meal only available over Eid & when coach parties stayed over. 20 minute steep walk from the tourist centre, but taxis cheap as chips.

We stayed as a family of three in one of the more expensive suites. This hotel is located as described in an elevated position with amazing views of the Aegean sea. Upon arrival, we could instantly see that the suite was not clean or anything close to it. The floors were dirty, the furniture dusty, bedding and towel stained. There was a missing bedside unit, only 2 chairs on the balcony despite being a suite for 4 people, broken balcony light no wastepaper bin, and a toilet brush that needed condemning. The whole suite needed a deep, deep clean and decoration. In addition, during our week's stay, the cleaners did not clean the room at any point or change the bedding. We did receive fresh towels however, were still dirty. Breakfast was very limited. Lovely pool with comfortable sun loungers but again they should be cleaned. Poolside cleanliness left much to be desired with engrained dirt on the floor and the glass screen fencing. If Neopol management team could address these issues, this would be a lovely go to hotel. It is a shame, as I did raise these points with reception but the only resolution was a new toilet brush.
