Dirty rooms and washrooms. Terrible food at the restaurant. The sheets and blankets were not washed for like weeks. Overall i will never visit this hotel again. The staff was good in behaviour and response time was averags

"i recently had the pleasure of staying at and it was truly an unforgettable experience! from the moment i arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated with stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's facilities, were exceptional and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. What really made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any request. Overall, i would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I can't wait to return" *rating* 5/5 stars *pros* exceptional service, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent facilities, delicious breakfast. *cons* none!

Such a disgusting service. They don't even had clean bedsheet & pillow, what else to expect ?

General facilities are poor. Room heaters are not available. Infrastructure also not good. Bathroom towels, etc sre not hygenic.
