A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.

Sono stato impressionato dalla stanza dell'hotel. Era così spazioso e immacolatamente pulito. Il letto era comodo. La varietà di cibo all'hotel era anche davvero buona. Ci sono state così tante scelte cinesi e occidentali. Mi è piaciuto davvero il mio soggiorno e lo consiglierei assolutamente a chiunque cercasse una grande esperienza a Kunshan.

È appena tornato da 10 giorni a Kunshan per soggiornare all'Hotel Tonino Lamborghini. Apprezzo le strutture pulite e confortevoli spruzzate con arte, fiori e artefatti, grande cibo nei ristoranti interni e passeggiata per il tempo libero e divertimento. Tutti (se il personale della stanza, del server o del servizio di fronte) sono sempre sorridenti, disposti a aiutare e rispondere a domande o dare direzioni, anche con la barriera linguistica! SSamson Fu HoOverall an enjoyable and relaxing one night stay at this tiny cosy hotel in Zhouzhuang, for our final leg of our 6 days Suzhou trip. We took a didi over to Zhouzhuang, which was faster and cheaper than I expected, just a little over half an hour.
The hotel staff called me the day before to arrange for pick-up near the watertown ticket office. Actually I can't speak Mandarin and their English wasn't too good but we ended up chatting on Wechat as Wechat has a built-in translate function in their chat.
So, 15 minutes before we arrive, we just had to let them know on Wechat. And the staff is already waiting for us, helped us with the luggage and guided us through the ticket buying process.
You do have to pay for the ¥100 RMB ticket to get into the watertown and the ticket is good for 3 days. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the entrance.
I picked this hotel because it was right inside the watertown and it had the ancient Chinese interior, although all the amenities are modern, including a robust and high-tech Kohler smart toilets in each bathroom.
There is a nice coffee shop inside the hotel and the coffee shop owner is friendly and takes his coffee craft seriously. The hotel gives you 2 free drinks during your stay and the coffee menu is quite extensive. If the hotel rooms are not booked on that day, we are told the hotel opens their doors to coffee customers.
The hotel owner is actually younger than I expected so I am impressed she meticulously created this authentic experience and the attention to detail. She was friendly and helpful and was open to accommodating our needs.
We booked the entire 2nd floor, which was 3 bedrooms and we had 6 adults in our group. This tiny hotel only has 3 bedrooms so if you booked all 3 rooms, you pretty much get the entire hotel to yourselves which include the first floor which is spacious and comfy.
When I visit Zhouzhuang again, I am looking forward to stay here again. It's certainly not cheap, but you do get what you pay for - which is people passionate about hospitality (in a Chinese way) and also a hygiene and staying experience that is certainly up to international standards.

Sono stati il momento clou del nostro soggiorno, rendendoci molto comodi. Abbiamo ricevuto dolci, tè in riva al fiume, un'esperienza fantastica. Nessun rumore nella stanza. La posizione era premium, la stanza era molto pulita e l'architettura dell'hotel offriva un'esperienza cinese locale. Altamente consigliato!!! Grazie per la vostra ospitalità!

UUtente ospiteLa locanda è piuttosto buona e, nella zona panoramica, è considerata molto economica. Ma il punto panoramico di Zhouzhuang in sé è piuttosto nella media. Il paesaggio è bello, ma i negozi sono troppo fastidiosi. Stanno tutti sulla porta per attirare i clienti, il che influisce davvero sull'esperienza di gioco. Inoltre, il cibo in ogni negozio è sgradevole al palato e non ha particolari caratteristiche. Ho comprato uno zampone di maiale Wansan in un negozio con una lunga coda, ma non è delizioso quanto quello che si trova alla bancarella all'ingresso della stazione della metropolitana. Penso che l'unico cibo delizioso in tutto il posto panoramico sia il KFC alla porta

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

HHyogunRoom are very clean and comfortable.
Staffs are kind and call Didi for us on the day back to Shanghai.
Cat at hotel is very adorable.
Very near the emtrance to the ancient town.
Bingsu near hotel is very delicous. Must try.

UUtente ospiteThis place was absolutely amazing, the host was the best we’ve come across, from meeting us and carrying all our bags, to finding us in the rain whilst we were shopping to offer umbrellas due to the downpour . The room was immaculate, we were able to store our drinks etc in the large commercial fridge, and yes it was cold!! Bottled water was free anytime. The location is brilliant , you can walk around the town and drop back and use the home stay facilities anytime, this was so nice as the facilities were so clean. Our room was spacious overlooking the canals, so even if you felt like a break, a drink and nibbles in your room whilst watching the events below was relaxing.
The restaurant next door was the nicest we’d come across. I would recommend 2 nights stay, and definitely don’t look any further trying to find a better spot , book here. The Host spoke English and was easy to contact by email or mobile and WeChat. This is a family home stay business and it was evident during our stay. I’d give this place 10 stars

- Convenient location;
- Gli equipaggi professionali (specialmente grazie a David Wei, lavorando sul desk front - molto utile);
- Buon interiore.
- Camere grandi con tutto quello che ti serve per soggiornare comodamente;
- Bella vista della città;
- La stanza ha una moto d'esercizio, quindi non c'è bisogno di andare in palestra.

TTracy TrangCũng ổn, chỉ là có cửa sổ nhưng nhìn thông với phòng khác, nhà khác nên không mở rèm đc. Ở trong ngõ nên tối sẽ không ngắm được cổ trấn lên đèn nhé. Mình đi 1 mình, buổi tối hơi sợ sợ chút haha. Giá phòng cũng được nhưng thêm cái vé 100 tệ vào cổ trấn nữa nên tổng ra hơi phí tiền

UUtente ospiteLa posizione era perfetta e anche la mia considerazione iniziale, proprio al centro della città. Non c'è molto da aspettare, tranne per quegli oggetti standard - servizio, pulizia o comodità, quindi per la mia sorpresa, le camere erano confortevoli e pulite (dicono che era perché erano state ristrutturate o non molto tempo fa) ma, ma tranne per alcuni piccoli hiccups esempio - controllo di condizionamento dell'aria (remoto e montato) + camera WiFi richiede pre-accelerazione prima di essere collegato (utilizzato il mio hotspot telefonico per risolvere il problema)! Tutto era bene fino al giorno dopo poco prima di andare fuori, mi hanno tagliato l'elettricità della stanza improvvisamente mezz'ora prima del tempo di checkout! Immagina se tu stai ancora usando il bagno! Questo richiede seria attenzione, perché non ho mai incontrato tali scenari prima, in tutta la mia vita di viaggi e soggiorno in hotel. Non. Naturalmente la mia prenotazione è venuta con il “privilegio di checkout tardivo” quindi perché la fretta? Oh e hanno offerto un aggiornamento della stanza (quando si accede) ma, ma con ulteriori oneri! Mi chiedevo se questi malintesi fossero “intenzionali” o causati da malcomunicazioni tra la gestione dell’hotel e la piattaforma, una tecnica di vendita? Per favore chiarisci: retribuzioni piacevole/ disponibili dopo la prenotazione, se possibile grazie
