The hotel is located on the bank of the lake, and the outside of the window faces the lake directly. Excellent view and comfortable wind from the window. Nice and helpful hotel staff. Just one inconvenience was, you can see the inside of toilet from the room because there is no threshold between.

習慣了快節奏的城市，難得找到一間舒服又注重細節的民宿來體驗慢生活。舒適的環境，乾淨的房間，屋外的流水，愜意的陽光，雖然周圍建築相對現代，但依然滿足我作為一個北方人對江南小鎮的嚮往。民宿本身對細節追求很到位，裝修裝飾看得出造價不菲，配套智能家居語音操控，會客廳小童樂園一應俱全，親子房裡還有攀爬架和小帳篷，令我感動的是除了全套的品牌洗漱用品，老闆甚至貼心的為長髮顧客準備了鯊魚夾，這是我這麼多年住國內外酒店民宿第一次遇到的，大大提升了對這裏的好感。民宿外還有一片自有菜地，對於城市裡的小朋友來説採摘的體驗本身就是一個很大的驚喜，下午採摘，晚餐就上桌，即刻可以品嚐勞動帶來的喜悦。對了，老闆還可以幫忙買正宗的陽澄湖大閘蟹！總之，體驗感很好，下次會再找時間過來。

Molto soddisfatto di una casa, portando i bambini a Kunshan, ho scelto questa casa, prenotato con una casa di genitori divertente (in parole duplicate, il divertimento è davvero divertente!), c'è una finestra di terra in tutto il lato, che può vedere direttamente il cortile dalla stanza, l'ambiente generale è molto buono, pulito e luminoso, Il letto è molto comodo e particolarmente piace il dente della sua casa. L'hotel è grande, il personale e l'ambiente sono molto amichevoli e benvenuti.Il butler (地 Xiqing) ha sempre assicurato che abbiamo tutto quello che ci serve e che la comunicazione tra noi è fluida e il viaggio è andato bene. Il cibo era buono e molto delizioso le porzioni sono molto generose. I luoghi intorno all'hotel sono anche buoni e una grande esperienza per gli stranieri molto benvenuti e un grande luogo per i bambini. Ci sono tonnellate di attività e posti alimentari da vedere. L'unica migliore è forse aggiungere un mini frigo nelle stanze per tenere le bevande fredde.A parte che il posto è una grande esperienza e rilassamento del paesaggio consigliere agli stranieri di provarlo.

HHwee LengIf I could give more than 5/5 for this place, I would. Cleanliness, service and cultural vibes are unparalleled. I have been to more than 25 countries and never have I felt so much at home away from home. This is a gem I would highly recommend anyone seeking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The host and her staff gave us home made bread, breakfast, cakes, tea and artisanal coffee. My 12 year old daughter loved it so much she just wanted to stay indoors! Amazing!!

Although I didn’t receive tea along with the snacks that some other reviews mentioned, I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of the snacks I did get. Small touches like this made my stay feel personal and welcoming
What I loved most about my time here was simply staying in my room and people-watching from the window. The view was a quiet kind of magic like watching daily life unfold in Zhouzhuang’s water town felt like stepping into another world. The town moves at its own pace, different from anything I’m used to, and it reminded me how refreshing it can be to slow down and truly observe
If you’re looking for a place with a cozy atmosphere, wonderful hosts, and the chance to soak in the charm of Zhouzhuang, Guyunfeng Hotel is a great choice. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s a small retreat where you can reconnect with the beauty of simple moments
P.S. you will have to pay a ticket for 100RMB and good for 3 days. If you stay more than 3 days, you will have to pay ticket for every 3 days or so. You can buy a ticket from vending machines and have your face scanned at the security checkpoints, or buy it manually, take picture on ticket with date then show it to security guards.

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

UUtente ospiteQuesto posto era assolutamente sorprendente, l'ospite era il migliore che abbiamo incontrato, da incontrarci e portare tutti i bagagli, a trovarci nella pioggia mentre ci facevamo shopping per offrire ombrelle a causa della caduta . La stanza era immacolata, potevamo immagazzinare le nostre bevande, eccetera, nel grande frigo commerciale, e sì era freddo!! È stata sempre gratuita l'acqua in bottiglia. La posizione è brillante, si può camminare intorno alla città e cadere indietro e utilizzare le strutture di soggiorno a casa, questo è stato così bello come le strutture erano così pulite. La nostra stanza era spaziosa, guardando i canali, quindi anche se si sente come una pausa, una bevanda e un bicchiere nella stanza mentre guardando gli eventi sottostanti era rilassante.
Il ristorante vicino alla porta era il più bello che avremmo incontrato. Mi consiglierei di rimanere 2 notti, e certamente non guardare nessun altro cercando di trovare un posto migliore , prenota qui. L'ospite parlava inglese e era facile da contattare per e-mail o mobile e WeChat. Questo è un business di soggiorno di famiglia e è stato evidente durante il nostro soggiorno. Io darei questo posto 10 stelle

UUtente ospite訂的三床房，房間蠻大的，設施都很齊全，房間不止瓶裝水還有雪碧可樂🥤酒店後面就有個大停車場停車免費，早餐也不錯，有現煮的小餛飩麪條蛋餅，總之除了靠近馬路有點吵之外其他各當麪都不錯

- Convenient location;
- Gli equipaggi professionali (specialmente grazie a David Wei, lavorando sul desk front - molto utile);
- Buon interiore.
- Camere grandi con tutto quello che ti serve per soggiornare comodamente;
- Bella vista della città;
- La stanza ha una moto d'esercizio, quindi non c'è bisogno di andare in palestra.
