這次入住，前台服務超暖心！剛到酒店，前台小賈熱情打招呼，辦理入住時，不僅效率高，還詳細介紹了酒店設施，甚至貼心詢問我是否有特殊需求。因我對睡眠環境敏感，前台特意為我安排了安靜的房間。晚上我急需打印資料，聯繫前台後，工作人員很快就幫我解決了。早餐也很好吃。退房時，同樣高效便捷，還主動詢問入住體驗。這樣從始至終的優質服務，遠超預期，讓我出差在外也能感受到家的温暖 ，下次出行，我肯定還選這兒！

環境：酒店很新，燈光很明亮，場地很寬敞，裝修也很現代 設施：對游泳池的印象很好，我們去的時候幾乎是包場，水質非常乾淨 房間：乾淨明亮，視野好 餐廳：自助晚餐性價比很高，品類非常豐富，餐飲的口味也屬中上等 服務：大堂、餐廳、泳池內外，服務員們都很熱情，會主動提供幫助。 這個週末整體體驗很好，孩子很開心，另外酒店對面有非常廣闊的公共場所、綠地，也有購物中心。推薦！下次再來！

The hotel's environment, facilities, and services all met my expectations, but a small incident during breakfast slightly tarnished the experience. Pros: Prime Location:The hotel is situated in the heart of Kunshan Development Zone, offering convenient transportation and a variety of shopping and dining options nearby. Spacious and Comfortable Rooms:I stayed in a deluxe king room, which was spacious, modernly decorated, and equipped with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. - Warm and Attentive Service:From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff were always smiling and provided warm, attentive service, making me feel at home. - Diverse Breakfast Options:** The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, all of which were tasty. Cons: Breakfast Service Needs Improvement:During breakfast, I found a strand of hair in my soy milk, which made me very uncomfortable. I immediately reported the issue to the restaurant staff, but unfortunately, the chef did not respond or offer to replace the soy milk or provide any other compensation. This handling of the situation left me very disappointed and affected my dining experience. Summary: Overall, the Crowne Plaza Kunshan is a good hotel with commendable environment, facilities, and services. However, the breakfast service needs improvement. Sono stato impressionato dalla stanza dell'hotel. Era così spazioso e immacolatamente pulito. Il letto era comodo. La varietà di cibo all'hotel era anche davvero buona. Ci sono state così tante scelte cinesi e occidentali. Mi è piaciuto davvero il mio soggiorno e lo consiglierei assolutamente a chiunque cercasse una grande esperienza a Kunshan.

首先，我知道這家酒店開了很久…… 地理位置非常優越，周邊餐飲娛樂都是很便捷的，停車路面車庫都很方便。服務人員也是很及時熱情。早餐很豐富，還有小童遊樂區，衞生尚可吧，不能扣細節。房內的構造和設計和硬件其實都很贊。 不足之處：大堂進入幽冷～～ 電梯異常，有暫停使用的，有要刷卡進客層也有不用刷卡就可以進客層的。 沒有USP接口充電（但可以有插頭借用，挺好。） 窗紗破爛，壁紙起翹，被套破損…… 其實真的店老闆再努努力完全可以再長點房價啊……房內除了以上所述的軟件缺點外，其他都很硬啊。

A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.
