Cons: Breakfast Service Needs Improvement:During breakfast, I found a strand of hair in my soy milk, which made me very uncomfortable. I immediately reported the issue to the restaurant staff, but unfortunately, the chef did not respond or offer to replace the soy milk or provide any other compensation. Checked in at 22:00 Hrs. I have booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child. When I went to check in, the receptionish said there is no staff to add an extra bed even if we pay for it. It was very disappointing to hear at 10pm in such a good hotel there is no one to arrange an extra bed. Check in experience was very horrible, they allocated the 2 rooms in separate floors when I specifically mentioned I needed adjacent rooms or rooms in the same floor. And then I had to come back again where one of their managers who was relaxing all this time came and got this done. disappointing experience. Hotel was very nice, the surroundings were very good, definitely need more attentive and trained staff who can think of customer experience.

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional. The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room. It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual. The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

The hotel was okay. For the price, it was a reasonable hotel. The towels and floor were a little dirty or just seemed dated, but they did offer disposable towels for purchase 15rmb a piece. The image is of a nice restaurant about a 9 minute walk away.

第一次入住，看了好多家，覺得這家性價比還不錯，抱着試試的心態，果然沒踩坑 進大廳感覺環境很好，裝修上檔次，地方雖不大很精緻 前台小姐姐着裝整齊服務態度都好好，辦理入住超快，超專業，到位[強] 房間裝修的也很温馨，乾淨整潔，這真真是商務酒店出差必選，很安靜，沒有亂糟糟的聲音，酒店免費停車也不遠，周邊吃喝的很多，也很熱鬧，總之點贊，推薦

Well lit spacious rooms. Large walk-in shower with all the toiletries needed. The hotel is located near the railway station which is not close to downtown but ideal if you want to catch an early train somewhere. Reception staff are well competent, and were able to check me in in no time with all the paperwork required these days. There are so many back-lit switches throughout the room that those alone fill the room with light at night.

Hotel perfetto per un soggiorno di 4 giorni, 3 notti. La colazione è disponibile ma abbiamo avuto altri accordi, quindi non abbiamo partecipato, ma hanno una buona diffusione di cibo occidentale-chinese. La piscina era davvero carina. Lavorava bene per noi perché il mio bambino più giovane aveva una piscina bianca da giocare e il mio bambino più vecchio poteva nuotare nella piscina più grande. La stanza con vista sul Central Park era grande e offre cortina nera. Il check-in dell'hotel era facile e il personale era molto accogliente. Buona stanza con un bel letto di dimensioni. Tubo e doccia disponibili. Prenoterei di nuovo quando visiterei Huaqiao.
