Trova hotel a 5 stelle a Kunshan

Room is big, spacious, and the view is most of the time really good (very tall building and the rooms are located from floor 29+). The hotel does have a swimming pool but for the 1 month I was there, it was said to be on maintenance. I guess it won't open any time soon (seems like it's just abandoned, a pity). The gym is alright, enough for most workouts. There is no washing machine available for free, you have to pay an extravagant amount to get your clothes washed. Good point is, the hotel is located on top of a big mall. Food is very easily accessible thanks to that, I was so glad to live there after a long day at work. Overall I would recommend that hotel!

È appena tornato da 10 giorni a Kunshan per soggiornare all'Hotel Tonino Lamborghini. Apprezzo le strutture pulite e confortevoli spruzzate con arte, fiori e artefatti, grande cibo nei ristoranti interni e passeggiata per il tempo libero e divertimento. Tutti (se il personale della stanza, del server o del servizio di fronte) sono sempre sorridenti, disposti a aiutare e rispondere a domande o dare direzioni, anche con la barriera linguistica! Voglio ringraziare in modo speciale Tom, Elena e Bruce che mi hanno reso il soggiorno speciale e memorabile!!

The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Spacious and Comfortable Rooms:I stayed in a deluxe king room, which was spacious, modernly decorated, and equipped with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. - Warm and Attentive Service:From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff were always smiling and provided warm, attentive service, making me feel at home. - Diverse Breakfast Options:** The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, all of which were tasty. Cons: Breakfast Service Needs Improvement:During breakfast, I found a strand of hair in my soy milk, which made me very uncomfortable. I immediately reported the issue to the restaurant staff, but unfortunately, the chef did not respond or offer to replace the soy milk or provide any other compensation. This handling of the situation left me very disappointed and affected my dining experience. I really like this hotel, it is already the third time I come here and for good reasons. It has a little something special then the regular tipical hotels offer. Like the nespresso coffee, or the soft comfy pillows for example. Positively to mention is the staff. Speak good English and very friendly, like Jessie or David Wei for example. David not only speaks very good English, but threw in a free upgrade for me which made me feel special. The suite of the hotel is very spacious and offer plenties. Highlight of this hotel, what I don't find anywhere else for this budget is the wellness area. Big pool, outstanding gym with TRX and body workout equipment. Best, however is the sauna with a cold plunge. A cold water plunge is almost impossible to find in other hotels, unless you are waaaaay in higher budget. So for those out there practicing sauna + cold plunge, this is with no doubt your choice.
