優點： 衞生、環境、這是很不錯。買的套餐含悦榕莊的下午茶，下午茶很漂亮，大堂也很美，但是空調開的太足了，超級超級冷。 雖然颱風剛走，園子裏很多樹倒下了，但能看得出園景是經過精心設計的，鴨子不怕人，很喜歡上岸，小朋友很喜歡，玩的超級開心。 前台給升級成了禪意房型，房間裏面硬件沒得説。 缺點： 1、新開的，房間味道不小，剛入睡的時候略微有點嗓子疼，還帶這孩子，有點不安； 2、所有的公共空間空調開的太低，户外25、6度，室內可能也就20度； 3、9月21日入住，碰上有企業開會，全程鬧哄哄，最坑的是湘菜那個餐廳被包了，不允許非會議的其他客人用餐。打電話給前台，反正就是無法解決，讓我們要麼去悦榕莊的粵菜吃，要麼去周圍的農家樂； 4、在出行前兩天接到電話，説是因為颱風原因無法入住，但我留意到周邊其他酒店都開，就這家説不可抗力原因入住不了。經過幾輪電話改期協調沒達成一致，又改口説可以入住，但是因為颱風導致園景觀賞、服務會受到影響。去入住看到會議包場，才反應過來，前期説因為颱風無法入住，衹是個説辭，真實原因大概率是因為要接待大型活動，想勸退散客。這個就有些敗好感了，有啥不能真誠來交流呢？過程中還是要感謝一下攜程方工作人員的積極協調和最終的解決方案。

入住整體感覺非常滿意，前台工作人員小秦接待非常有客氣有耐心，酒店位置也很好找，周邊設施齊全。

The hotel itself was nice and modern, but the room was a bit smelly, someone smoked there before. Also for this kind of hotel I would expect English speaking personnel at the reception desk. But all in all fine.

This hotel is an excellent establishment in its category and I thoroughly recommend it. The service, attention and care are on a par with the highest class hotels. Rooms are not cold even though the weather outside is bitter, and the bed is honestly softer and more comfortable than in most four star places. Location has everything you could wish for within a stone's throw. Our home from home in Kunshan.

假期親子的話，不會再考慮住了。煙味大的難以接受……無煙層也是煙味🚬 住客和宴會電梯不分是最大問題，上下樓慢到靈魂出竅。泳池健身層可能是外包吧，充滿混合感。國慶早餐人太多了，出品和質量對不起五星和收費。共用的商場地下停車也是高峯比較混亂了。服務尚可吧，服務員都忙飛了，也是累。 優點也有的，衞生間的馬桶台盆和浴缸是新的。酒店國慶長假期間價格也不貴（600不到單早）酒店位置停車高峯困難，但也是因為位置好。商場吃喝很方便，外賣也方便，機器人可以送到房間門口。停車登記車牌後30分鐘離場。 親子沒體會不評價。

This beautiful Hotel is very central in Kunshan. We enjoyed very much the beautiful view from our room over the whole city. The staff is very friendly and we had the chance to store our bikes after a long bike ride through amazing Kundshan area.

房間大乾淨衞生，前台服務熱情，吃飯方便酒店門口就有沙縣小吃，蘭州拉麪，還有便利店，門口停車也很方便，價格實惠，住宿不境，衞生也很不錯，服務態度值得推薦！
