Mi piace questo hotel, la casa è pulita e pulita, e la pulizia è buona.

L'ambiente è bellissimo, i trasporti sono convenienti, la sistemazione è buona e il personale dell'hotel è molto entusiasta. Era la prima volta che visitavo Kunming. Il mio amico mi ha consigliato di soggiornare al Southwest Hotel e mi sono sentito a casa. In particolare il ristorante ha un menù ricco e i camerieri sono molto veloci nel rifornire i piatti. Inoltre mi trattano molto bene e sanno rispondere in modo chiaro alle mie domande, il che rende la mia prima impressione molto buona la prossima volta che porterò mia moglie e i miei figli Kunming, vivrò nell'hotel sud-ovest.

Hotel room is clean, no cigarette smell, water and even yoghurt and oranges provided. Service is good. Bathroom door cannot close properly so water leaks out from a gap. Otherwise is perfect.

Grande posto! Sono stato molto aiutato dal personale di contro che ha fissato WeChat per viaggiare in metro e autobus. Koi Su e il suo collega maschile che abbiamo dimenticato di prendere il nome sono stati molto utili. Anche la signora del conte che ci ha controllati è molto piacevole e ci ha dato molte opzioni di aggiornamento per colazione. Amiamo il tè del club esecutivo di sera e godiamo le nostre nuote e palestra. L'ospitalità del personale era eccellente, tra cui la signora che ha fatto la piscina di notte e ci ha aiutato a fornire google quando i nostri google sono rotti. La posizione è anche perfetta per viaggiare con trasporto all'aeroporto facilmente arrangiato con il personale. La camera è grande e confortevole. In generale una soggiorno estremamente piacevole.

First I must comment Mgr Zi Wen, she is so helpful and recommended to me shopping area, walking streets, attractive flowers market, even give me the map and direction to there. Both Mgr Siang Ya and Thomas provided excellent help and assisted my small request as I have a late flight. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful experience in Kunming. :)

UUtente ospiteOverall, I like this hotel chain in general and would stay there again, both at this location and in other cities. This was not the first location for this chain that I have stayed at.
Location: The hotel is located in a fairly central location. It is very close to Green Lake, though you'll need a map in order to know that. It's across the street from a KFC, 711, and Starbucks, and around the corner from a Burger King. There are also quite a few shared bikes (both electric and not) available from several different companies in front of the hotel.
Amenities: Breakfast is available for an additional charge, and there is a laundry room. I used neither of these. The hotel room has a refrigerator and more than the standard two bottles of drinking water plus an electric kettle, tea set, two packets of tea, and some candy in a dish (that looked like it had been there for a very long time). This hotel chain is generally very good about giving you more water if you ask. The bed is very comfortable, the tv is huge, the shower is hot with good water pressure, and the room is clean overall. There were ink stains on the sofa, but no problems with the bedding. Some of the furniture/walls were starting to be in need of repair, but it's not a problem unless you're super picky.
Safety/Service: The front desk staff are always very nice and helpful and willing to answer any questions that you have, but you'll need to speak Mandarin or have a translator handy. English is limited or non-existent. I felt safe in my room, and I didn't worry about leaving things in my room that I generally keep on my person in other hotels. The maid was also very kind and helped me when I saw her in the hallway and asked for help with a small problem (that was totally just my ignorance and too embarrassing to mention!).
WIFI: Wifi is available, but there is no information about the network or password in the room that I could find. I went down to the front desk and the woman there put the password on my phone for me.
Quiet: Well, there were some very loud and very rude guests staying in rooms near me. I don't know what the hotel's response would have been as I didn't all the front desk to complain. It definitely could have been quieter. There was no noise from outside the hotel, though.
Problems: I stayed at this hotel three nights total but two times (one night at the beginning and two nights at the end of my trip). My second room at this hotel (when I stayed for two nights), there was a blinking light inside a grate in the ceiling that can only be seen when all the lights are out. It was really bothering me, and making it difficult for me to sleep. I called the front desk at approx. 12:30 in the morning, and they didn't quite understand my problem (completely due to my sub-par Mandarin), but they sent someone to take a look. The maintenance guy who came said he knew exactly what I was talking about once I pointed upward. He didn't need me to turn off the light and show him. He said there was nothing he could do. If they turned out that light, I would have no electricity in the room. He also said that it's like that in every room. I didn't remember seeing it in the first room I had stayed in at the beginning of my trip, and I also didn't remember it from when I had stayed for three nights at a different location. Whether it really exists in every room or not is here nor there, though it ought to be obvious that a blinking light that doesn't turn off when you turn all the lights off is a bad idea, and something ought to be done). It is possible that it exists in every room but that it's not visible from the bed in every room due to the placement of that grate.

Pplushparadisecomfortable stay for a night stop over before an early flight the next day, it was a comfortable stay. the sheets were nice and soft. the toilet and showers are built such that they are individual cubicles, so the shower cubical doesn’t have any where to hang clothes/ towels, etc. all amenities provided, and there’s a laundry room with washer dryer to get your laundry sorted before continuing your trip.
shuttle bus to airport was 5am for a 7.40am flight, where it’s a “car pool” system, must book at time of check in.
night supper is a bowl of mien xian, basic. it’s a warm bowl to keep you going. there are no food options around outside of the building.

Quando siamo andati alla reception, la signora è stata molto gentile e ha preso l'iniziativa per aiutarci i nostri bagagli Ci ha anche insegnato come effettuare un ordine per ottenere sconti Anche se la strada è direttamente al piano di sotto, l'isolamento acustico è molto buono Non appena esci dall'ascensore al secondo piano L'ampia terrazza è dove di solito puoi comprare del tè al latte e fare un barbecue con i tuoi amici, sederti lì, chiacchierare e mangiare, il che è molto bello. Ci sono molti gusti tra cui scegliere per la colazione, e sono tutti appena fatti e sembra molto appetitoso. La prima tappa quando si viaggia a Kunming Amici miei, lo consiglio vivamente, non è facile mettersi nei guai🕳️

UUtente ospiteWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.)
Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

UUtente ospiteI stayed for two nights here in a four bed women dormitory. It is simple and you have all the services that you need : a kitchen, a washing machine, little food shops at the building's entrance and it's not far from the railway station.
Also, hosts are wonderful !! They prepared a meal in the evening. We visited town together : they brought me to Kunming lake, street snacks, food market in the morning and a nice park. All that for free !! I highly recommend this homestay. Simple, not expensive and warm up. 😊🙌

SSanyarat Mungklang , Thailand.La posizione è vicino alla metropolitana. Sono solo 5 minuti a piedi. Facile trovare questa proprietà. La ragazza alla reception quando ho fatto il check-in è stata entusiasta di aiutarmi. Quasi non parla inglese ma ha una mente adorabile e di servizio.
Questa proprietà è così vicina al verde parco del lago. Trascorro il tempo da questo ostello al parco a soli 4 minuti a piedi.
Vale la pena soggiornare qui e il prezzo può permettersi i viaggiatori singoli che vogliono risparmiare sui costi come me.

Abbiamo raggiunto l'hotel a più di due ore di mattina, ma c'è molto delizioso a quella porta. Abbiamo anche finito di andare a mangiare una cena alla porta. Kunming ha caldo la mattina. Il clima nella stanza è particolarmente potente. Il sonno è molto comodo. La stanza è molto pulita. Dopo che siamo arrivati all'hotel, L'hotel ha un ritardo unico, l'hotel è molto buono, l'atteggiamento di servizio è molto buono. Good restaurants and coffee shops nearby and walking distance to the park. Smoking is allowed in the rooms which is the downside, otherwise everything fine.
