comfortable stay for a night stop over before an early flight the next day, it was a comfortable stay. the sheets were nice and soft. the toilet and showers are built such that they are individual cubicles, so the shower cubical doesn’t have any where to hang clothes/ towels, etc. all amenities provided, and there’s a laundry room with washer dryer to get your laundry sorted before continuing your trip.
shuttle bus to airport was 5am for a 7.40am flight, where it’s a “car pool” system, must book at time of check in.
night supper is a bowl of mien xian, basic. it’s a warm bowl to keep you going. there are no food options around outside of the building.

Stavamo cercando un paio di ore di soggiorno prima del nostro volo di mezzanotte. Ho visto questo hotel in trip.com e abbiamo chiamato a controllare. Küçük Dan è stato rimosso dalle nostre domande sul telefono e condiviso c'è il trasferimento aeroportuale. E' molto amichevole e utile.
Un altro personale è stato molto utile, ma ho dimenticato di chiamarla. Il trasporto di trasferimento aeroportuale è stato bloccato all'aeroporto e non è stato possibile tornare all'hotel per mandarci all'aeroporto. Questo bel e utile personale della signora ci aiuta a chiamare didi e anche a portare il bagaglio in macchina.
Durante la guida, si sono verificate alcune difficoltà con il GPS, ha chiamato il conducente e ha sottolineato il conducente che deve andare all'aeroporto.
È stato un breve soggiorno per pochi ore. :)

Very convenient and helpful - had fluent English people on the phone and front desk which made all the difference as we could sort out pickup and drop off - though sometimes took a while before the phone was passed to them.
Everything was great though would have been nice to have more restaurants! Limited to only 2…

Il servizio è molto attento. Emily, la governante, ha sempre chiesto caldo e mi ha presentato un sacco di posti delicati e di cartolarizzazione Kunming.Se abbiamo colazione al quinto piano, non siamo molto di classe, ma il sapore è ancora buono. Dopo il pranzo, la sorella della signorina Bienvenuta ci ha mandato all'ascensore.Quando la cameriera è andata dal negozio, Emily e un ragazzo di cazzo hanno preso i bagagli e ci hanno mandato alla porta dell'hotel.L'hotel ha vissuto molti servizi cosi' attentamente per la prima volta.
In generale, è molto soddisfatto, e si consiglia di dare priorità ai piccoli partner di Kunming.
Prendi un piccolo consiglio: 1. Quando sono arrivati nella stanza, la TV mostra il nome di un altro ospite.
2.Il pranzo della stanza è un pranzo della TV, un pranzo della TV, e non c'è menu di carta.Ma il problema è che i pasti mostrati dopo il codice sono molto pochi. Il personale ha aggiornato il pranzo dopo il feedback della reception.Poi i pasti sono mostrati e il pranzo è buono.

Zzh3usI think we have to keep in consideration that this is probably one of the more luxurious hotels in the city, also you get the prestige of staying within the skyscraper compound, the only skyscraper compound in the city. The hotel is literally next to a food street with LOCAL pricing and a large shopping mall with electrical appliances, a supermarket and lots of other local shoe and clothing brands within it. Not to mention there is an IMAX cinema!
The room is large and the bed is super big (larger than king). The entire room is decorated with marble slabs, MBS level materials. Highly recommend you book the breakfast if you do not like or aren't that good with Chinese Breakie. The breakfast spread is pretty good, international and Chinese selection, canned drinks, bottled water. Try the yogurt machine's yogurt, pretty good.
Special thanks to Receptionist Anna Ke for the special care during our stay and ultra special thanks to Lester for making the effort to help me receive my Taobao Shipments as I did not have a Chinese Number to facilitate the transaction process. Lester really went out of his way to help us out.
Protip: If you are visiting and are looking for cheap souvenirs, tea, clothes, luggages and other essentials, I recommend you Visit Shuang Long Shopping center 双龙商城 (closes at 5pm) The souvenir prices at the old street are pretty much extortion levels after you visit Shuang Long.

L'ambiente determina se vuoi restare o no. Quando siamo andati alla reception, la signora è stata molto gentile e ha preso l'iniziativa per aiutarci i nostri bagagli Ci ha anche insegnato come effettuare un ordine per ottenere sconti Anche se la strada è direttamente al piano di sotto, l'isolamento acustico è molto buono Non appena esci dall'ascensore al secondo piano L'ampia terrazza è dove di solito puoi comprare del tè al latte e fare un barbecue con i tuoi amici, sederti lì, chiacchierare e mangiare, il che è molto bello. Ci sono molti gusti tra cui scegliere per la colazione, e sono tutti appena fatti e sembra molto appetitoso. La prima tappa quando si viaggia a Kunming Amici miei, lo consiglio vivamente, non è facile mettersi nei guai🕳️

UUtente ospiteWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.)
Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

UUtente ospiteLocation was great that it was a walk away from the Kunming Railway Station where I needed to be to leave the city. I liked how it was near a lot of food places! The volunteer Evens was an interesting person to talk to when I learned about his background in what he does as an occupation and where he is originally from in China. The owner Winni was a nice person as well and I appreciated and enjoy her and some of the other guests that cooked for us the night that we had a big dinner. Thank you for being part of the chef crew Winni. Everybody who stayed at the place was respectful and considered towards one another in the way that they conducted themselves. Was able to go along with the rules of this hostel because it fit my daily habits. Nobody had any habits that bothered me.
Not really into the hostel type of stays, due to lack of privacy. Was just happy to stay at this place since it was pretty much right at the doorstep of the Kunming Railway station where I can catch my train on time where I wouldn't end up getting lost in the city which in turn would end up missing it.
The only negative thing that I didn't like was that the bathroom did not have bath towels and just regular hand towels where I would not be able to dry myself very well after showering. Because of this I didn't want to take a shower at this place and the fact that these towels were used repeatedly from other guests, which made me feel uncomfortable wanting to use it. Would come back to this Hostel again if I happen to have to come back to Kunming again where I needed to be near this train station to catch at train there.

Sii ben preparato e tieni a portata di mano il numero di telefono dell'hotel. Buoni ristoranti e caffetterie nelle vicinanze e a pochi passi dal parco. È consentito fumare nelle camere, il che è il lato negativo, per il resto tutto bene.
