The room was modern and affordable, but let down by several small issues. First of all the outside of the kettle was dirty, as though it had never been cleaned. I wiped it clean myself. Secondly, the window gives out into a tiny internal duct-type space, which was hardly pleasant and meant minimal natural light. Thirdly, the air conditioning turned itself off after a few hours, which wasn't convenient when sleeping. Fourthly, some of the buttons on the TV remote control didn't work. Fifthly, the layout of the room isn't sensible - the bedside lamps don't point in the direction of the bed and so are not useful for reading at night, and there is a useless armchair where a wardrobe or shelving would be better, since there is only a tiny space with a handful of hangers for clothes. Sixthly, the breakfast (though cheap) is limited in choice and very average in taste.

Check in was a bit slow but everything else was 5 stars. Location is very convenient for city walk. Service is great, cleanliness is also great. Easy and fast checkout. The decor is clean and simple. Very cost effective hotel.

Perfect quiet location in the middle of town. Short walk to the green lake, lots of restaurants and coffee shops (Wenlin street recommended)

漢庭酒店真是太棒了！房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，讓人一進門就感覺特別舒心。服務人員態度超級好，熱情又專業。早餐也很豐富，樣樣都好吃。位置也很方便，出行特別便捷。下次還會來選擇漢庭，強烈推薦給大家，五星級好評！

酒店位置很好，就在翠湖附近，去哪裡都很方便。房間內乾淨整潔，讓人感到安心。最讓我覺得不錯的就是服務太到位了，工作人員都很有耐心，入住的時候還送了鮮花餅，遇到問題能夠很耐心地解決。讓我印象最深的就是由於最後一天下午要趕車，來不及在外面吃午飯了，衹好點外賣送到酒店，順便拿寄存的行李然後去高鐵站。但當時我們已經退房了，工作人員見狀帶我們到餐廳吃午飯，還告訴我們吃完放在餐廳就行，會有人來收拾，解決了我們的就餐問題，非常感謝。
