Clean hotel but rooms is kinda small. Staff is very helpful. I couldn’t order food on my own phone. The staff willing to help me order with his own phone. Breakfast is a bit late 730. We gotta leave on 730 then staff offer to help us take away some bread and fruits. Nice service 👍

Located just nearby old town, shopping areas nearby and most important of all is their service to guests.They’re very friendly and flexible on guests request.Love their beds.So comfy.Self laundry service is alvaiable to use.Oversll I would definitely be back to stay with my family this time 👍🏻

The rooms were clean, and the overall ambiance was great. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. It's within walking distance as the hotel is close to shopping centre and dining options. There are a few halal restaurants just a few minutes' walk from the inn. Especially, at halal street beside the mosque. Additionally, In front of the hotel, there are so many electric bicycles to rent. Overall, it was a good experience, and I appreciate the hospitality.

I arrived at the hotel at 3am. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Although there was communication issue, he was very patient too. Strategic location, many popular streets are just within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Very responsive and helpful reception staff. The room was a bit small (standard room) but are clean and with necessary amenities including tea and coffee. I had a relaxed stay. Only downside was very limited vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast.

The location is strategic which is walkable to the touristy areas. The room is spacious with chic interior view. However there is foul smell when we checked in. We did not raise it as we are merely staying for a night. Staffs are ok but did not make us feel welcome.

The room was slightly dark but the location was pretty strategic. I like the scent of their handwash and shampoo. Easy accessible to 步行街and malls. There are lots of eateries nearby too.

This is the best hotel we have stayed during our visit in Yunnan. Though we came in late, our room were upgraded. Rooms were big and comfy and amenities were great. Truly enjoy our stay here . Highly recommended

We were upgraded to family room. One of the best hotel with good service provided. Front desk staff is very nice and caring. Thumbs up for the hotel.
