The name of the hotel didn't match the name of the hotel on the APP, so I had to walk there using a map (pictures provided, it's called 'Carrie City Hotel's). Both names can't be found on Didi. The receptionist were not good, they were not warm or welcoming. I really like the room and they utilised the small space well. I hated the toilet tho, as it was not attached properly, as you are basically sitting on the toilet slightly (pictures provided). If your a light sleeper, then good luck, you can literally hear everything outside, it was like being outside. It's clean which is it's strongest asset. The cleaners were really good and made sure amenities were topped up. Overall I gave this place a good rating as it's not bad, I would come back again

Well, everything was perfect.
Service is good, registration is quick, staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good place for everyone staying, and, especially, for the foreigners.
Rooms were clean, amenities enough, window is big with fresh air coming inside.
Two subway stations are available by walking. All tourist service companies can pick you up from this hotel, because it's located in the city center.
Small cafes and canteens are available behind the hotel. Both, early morning breakfast is could purchased there, or late dinner could be found after whole day traveling (we ate after 10.00 pm). Pretty good, pretty nice.
I will definitely come back to the Kunming, because there are still landmarks I haven't seen and some business, and I will book this hotel again very soon.

Me and my friend arrive at the hotel at 12 midnight and there is still receiptionist waiting at the lobby hotel. Nice hotel room & hotel located in the city. Very near to the train station.

Easy to access public transport and halal restaurants. Good location for traveller to discover Kunming.

We have a short stay at this place. It took us a few mins to figure out its location by its name. Actually it is named as Carrle city hotel. The hotel is quite near to Kunming rail station and about 30 mins drive to the airport. Rooms are very small and carpets are not of good quality and very dirty. It has the basic amenities. The reception desk took little long time in checking in with foreign passport. It’s not the best, but okaish for short stay.

The hotel is very clean and well located. Even though rooms are not that big they are very comfortable. Besides it there is a store 24/7 open, very convenient.
