Non situato in un posto sensato per turismo, ci é servito per prendere il treno alla stazione sud che dista “solo” trenta minuti in taxi. Le stanze sono belle e sulla struttura niente da dire, certo da uno Sheraton mi sarei aspettato più personale che parla inglese e dei menù in inglese al pur ottimo ristorante dell’hotel.

This is quite a new hotel, in a good location, though a fair distance from other attractions in Kunming. Itself is quite comfortable with well furnished rooms and good range of facilities. Breakfast buffet offers a great selection. Staff quite helpful and good service. Bed was comfortable. Everything seemed quite clean. On the downside, there is some construction going on next door. You could tell some guests had been smoking in the hotel, and at night could hear footfall in hallway and above.

Very clean room. Friendly staff. They let us have late checkout because our flight was in the evening and didn’t charge any extra even though it was weekend. So nice! Good choice of food for breakfast, they even had gluten free bread and yummy local food. Hotel is located nearby a small shopping mall, they have a big supermarket, KFC and other restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, thanks a lot!

A very nice üäplace but a bit outside. Fortunately a shopping mall with many restaurants was nearby. One of our room had a little leakage under the sink. The breakfast was delicious. The pool a bit cold

The staffs in the front desk are polite and helpful . I want to express my special thanks to Stephen because he helps us a lot in arranging all the local trip. The minor staffs in each floor are always hardworking and also helpful in answering our questions. The environment and the facilities of the hotel are very good.

Amazing location. Our stay at the hotel was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was truly intercontinental and delicious. The Spa was breathtaking and relaxing. The concierge service was really helpful with luggage and delivery service. We’re definitely coming back when we travel back to Kunming.

喜來登一如既往的服務周到熱情，特別是Linda,由於四人出行，提前電話溝通準備了四人的物品，加上六一小童節酒店套餐裏有小童套餐和行政酒廊歡樂時光。房間佈置温馨可愛，小朋友很喜歡。 酒店外面可看夜景，樓下就是商業區購物方便，吃飯選擇豐富，非常滿意。早餐種類豐富，準備充分。能看出酒店對六一小童節準備的充分。酒店停車免費，車庫入口應該沒到大堂就有。酒店到機場也方便，全程不堵30分鐘。還請Linda幫忙打印小朋友作業，也非常配合。還會再次選擇。 有兩點希望改進，房間頂噴花灑出水不順暢，影響使用。使用中感覺缺一個枱燈。

要出差剛好遇上沒房，就定了主題房，很特別！適合一家三口住！有一個大床，一個小床，還有一個小帳篷，一進門房間裏特別多大公仔，一下子童心爆棚！ 入住那天我們飛機延誤了所以半夜的時候到酒店，前台小哥Evan隔着很遠就開始熱情地跟我們打招呼，倍感親切！態度真誠温潤！從入住就開始感受喜來登的不一樣！

第一次來昆明，還是選了國際連鎖品牌酒店。 設施：很新，很先進，感應窗簾 衞生：非常乾淨，完全是五星標準 服務：超級貼心，看我帶着孩子，多贈送一份免費早餐。特別是前台的陳永菊Mikea 幫我升級了家庭房，在離店時還幫我處理私人快遞。有種一對一的管家式貼心服務。 非常愉快的入住體驗.

本來是大床房，但是進去煙味兒太濃了，聯繫前台更換，衹有雙床房了，整體還行。窗外風景不咋樣，全是在建工地的樣子。不過早餐還不錯，品種算是多樣，還整了會員專屬用餐區。 中午在酒店吃的過橋米線，環境不錯的中餐廳

帶孩子入住被細節感動：小童拖鞋、洗漱套裝、甚至還有小童套餐！辦理入住的Ivy服務熱情周到，泳池水質清澈，親子房還有玩具帳篷，寶貝開心到不想回家，下次還會再來入住！
