Bellissimo hotel in una zona molto cool. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e ha offerto un'esperienza personalizzata e personale. Puoi prenotare la colazione da un menu fisso e il cibo era nutriente e gustoso. Il personale ha consigliato di chiamare l'hotel dopo la prenotazione, in quanto possono inviare un golf cart a prenderti, poiché le auto non sono ammesse nell'area vera e propria. Ti accompagnano dentro e fuori dall'area tramite golf cart, se necessario. Altamente consigliato.

Soggiorno fantastico. Il personale è stato molto accogliente e cortese. La posizione è buona, c'è molto da esplorare nei dintorni dell'hotel. A meno di 30 minuti di macchina dai grandi centri commerciali e dal punto panoramico di XiShan. Lo adoro.

You may ask why we had to come back to this hotel after visiting Lijiang and Dali, the answer is definite! Combined with the beautiful city scenery, people can feel the unique cultural atmosphere and humanistic charm of Kunming. There are various restaurants and specialty shops on the cultural and tourism street within a hundred meters , it is a very unique experience., I would say the most memorable thing in Z Hotel is the ladies in the kitchen, they cook up a feast, My Goodness! Fruit and veggies are incredibly fresh and delicious, they even offered Starbucks Coffee is a Bonus!

If there was a 6th star, it would be for the service. From check in, to check out, the staff always went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. You could feel the genuine warmth from the team there and it hands down beat the established 5 star hotels. Best service, ever. So good, that we cancelled another hotel stay in Kunming to return to this hotel for our last night.

Was this the best hotel in Kunming? Very possible. There’s are some really nice places to stay in the city, but the staff and the breakfast here were exceptional, so much so that I would not stay anywhere else next time I come. The staff working at the front desk were soooooo amazing and helped us with transport, restaurants and recommendations for places to see and things to do and eat. They made is super fun and unforgettable. The room was wonderful and the beds very comfy as well. The hotel is situated in a small commercial area, so you can go out and take walks and have all sorts of foods, or go watch a movie, place arcade. The breakfast… definitely get the breakfast. The ladies in the kitchen cook up a feast every morning and everything was fresh, delicious and the coffee was amazing. This place also has an amazing tea room built in and is suppppper instagrammable, if you’re into that kind of thing. Highly recommend this Z Hotels.

The services from this hotel is superb! The check-in to the hotel was smooth. Breakfast was wonderfully prepared for us. There are nearby shops and food areas for dinning. Would recommend this place! The staff were really friendly!

This hotel has been top tier in every part of our stay! From the beginning, Gu Yu (our butler) has contacted us for the pick from the gate as car are not able to drive through the village, we were welcomed with rose cake and tea during check in and welcome fruits in the fruit. In the hotel, they also provided complimentary drinks and snacks!Gu Yu contact us daily for breakfast selection and time! Everything is prepared fresh daily and food was quality and served fast! We were also given evening soup when we came back to our hotel in the evening. They also provide daily Starbucks coffee when asked so this is definitely a plus for coffee drinker!! When we head out for activities ; Gu Yu is always there to accommodate us with drop off and pickup golf cart to the main entrance almost immediately! Gu Yu was there every day to accompany with us top tier services! She is the absolute sweetest helping with our heavy luggage’s. She is Definitely the highlights of our entire hotel stay ♥️ I love that this hotel is at a peaceful and serene area; away from the busy city center! I definitely will recommend this hotel if you are looking for a high quality and luxury hotel!!

Summer was a great host. Extremely friendly and resourceful. The location is off the main road and a distance to walk in. It is also located away from the city. But the hotel was very clean and everything was functioning. Overall a great experience

Hotel is situated in a restricted zone, so we have to park our car outside. We highly appreciated the free pick up and drop off by the hotel personnel. Hotel gave us selection of shower amenities. We were given welcome fruit basket as well as cookies. Hotel breakfast has many varieties and big portion. Room is big with a nice balcony. Hotel decoration is decent

One of the best experiences I had in China, Kunming was staying in Z Hotel. If you are looking for a place with cleanliness, peace, on time best services, professional staff and great breakfasts then you should not miss Z Hotel. I had only booked it for one night but looking to the services, I stayed for 11 consecutive nights canceling all other reservations. Thanks to the professional staff of Z Hotel, specially The Summer Solstice.

The hotel is located at a very good location and you can get the all the major attractions within 15 to 20 minutes. The Butler,夏至, is extremely helpful and attentive to all detail in terms of providing the best customer services. I have stayed at numerous five stars hotels in the past, but none of them can match the severice level that she had provided. I strongly recommend others to stay at this property.
