Posizione ottima, colazione varia (anche occidentale), staff molto gentile. Ho molto apprezzato il servizio di lavanderia self service e di deposito bagagli.

Zona ideale per chi vuole visitare la città e avere comfort, bella stanza pulita e con tutto quello che serve. Consigliato sicuramente

Molto bello e comodo al 7° piano, vista dalla finestra su scale d'emergenza non il massimo ma rimane comunque luminoso. Colazione a buffet ottima e abbondante. Bagno con poca privacy.

All'inizio è stato un po' confusionario perché la hall dell'hotel si trova al 6° piano. L'inglese non è molto buono (come al solito) ma la comunicazione può essere effettuata tramite traduttore. La reception è molto disponibile e fa del suo meglio per comunicare nonostante la barriera linguistica. La stanza è pulita, bella vista. Il mio amico aveva prenotato una stanza senza finestre ed è anche decente. Hanno effettivamente delle finestre solo che si affacciano all'interno dell'edificio. Non male e non è così claustrofobico come pensavo. Si trova lungo Ninping Street, anche se sembra sul lato finale della strada. Quindi devi camminare un bel po' verso il lato centrale della strada. La palestra è molto semplice, probabilmente solo 3 attrezzi al livello 6. Anche la lavanderia è al livello 6. In generale lo consiglierei. Non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi per il mio soggiorno di una notte. Lo adoro. La foto allegata è della mia stanza e della vista dalle finestre.

L'hotel era pulito e sembrava relativamente nuovo. Camere ampie e confortevoli. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono e lo consiglio vivamente. Soprattutto perché la posizione è centrale, vicino alla zona pedonale. Avevamo una stanza con una finestra. Ci è stato permesso di usare gratuitamente la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice.

Forse questa è la tariffa più economica che abbia mai prenotato per l'ibis con questa tipologia di camera. La camera è molto spaziosa e pulita. L'addetto alla reception è molto gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia, la scelta per la colazione è nella media ma gustosa. E' molto vicino alla vecchia strada di Kunming e al centro commerciale.

Posizione eccellente con facile accesso a tutti i servizi (cibo, stazione degli autobus/taxi, centri commerciali ecc.), camera e bagno decenti e puliti. Un ringraziamento speciale all'addetto alla reception (小林, 小杨, 小徐) che ci ha servito con grande ospitalità, ci ha inviato consigli sui luoghi di attrazione vicino all'hotel, sono stati così gentili da fornirci frutta gratuita, drink di benvenuto e persino un souvenir. Questo vale sicuramente la pena per il valore!

I stayed here for two nights in order to fly out. The service at this hotel was exceptional, and the room was clean, bright and value for money. On check in day the lady at the reception miss Xu even accompanied us to look at the rooms available as we had requested a very quiet room. The hotel breakfast was exceptional for the money paid even the food served was relatively simple fare. Everything was tasty and well prepared. We asked for late check out as our flight was in the evening and the receptionist very kindly accommodated. The hotel is very near Nan qiang road and Nanping road ,,,both pedestrian walking streets so we were really pleased. I stayed at a nearby hotel before and had to pay about 60 percent more. So well done !

Staff is very friendly and are approachable for support. They go out of their ways to help us. I was not feeling well on check out date and they allowed a space for me to rest and provided a hot drink for me. Extended check out time was allowed for 2 hours. Breakfast is great with variety of nice food and fruits, hot tasty noodles and cooked vegetables in addition to soya drink and salad and toast. My request for high floor quiet room was granted. Will stay again in future.

My recent stay at the Ibis Styles Hotel in Kunming was a great experience. Affordable price point, outstanding service, remarkable comfort, and thoughtful attention to detail. First and foremost, the room was impressive. It was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. It provided a perfect sanctuary to relax after a day of exploring the city. What truly made this stay memorable, however, was the incredible staff. I have to give a special shout-out to Ms. Wan at the front desk. I arrived very late on my first night, tired from the journey. Instead of a rushed check-in, Ms. Wan was exceptionally patient, warm, and thorough. She took the time to give me a helpful introduction to the hotel's surroundings, and as a wonderful welcome gesture, she even kindly upgraded my room! This first interaction set a fantastic tone for my entire visit. The kindness didn't stop there. The rest of the staff continued this high standard of service. I tend to drink a lot of water, and they quickly noticed this. Instead of the standard two bottles per day, the housekeeping team consistently left six bottles of water in my room without me ever having to ask. It’s this level of proactive and thoughtful service that shows they genuinely care about their guests' comfort. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and had a positive attitude. The combination of a great room and a team that goes above and beyond makes this hotel a true gem in Kunming. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It offers incredible value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Kunming. Thank you to the entire team, especially Ms. Wan, for making my stay so pleasant!

Great location, extensive breakfast buffet and staffs are every attentive. Very good water pressure in shower.

Nice helpful service, they upgraded us to a room with window. Service and cleanliness were good. Location is centric and relatively convenient. Could not connect to wifi most of the time. Room layout is not the best if you share the room with someone else, as there’s little privacy between toilet and bedroom.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, I arrived earlier and they arranged a ready room for me to check-in so I can rest due to an overnight flight. They also recommend a few tourist hotspot and local food. The location is very near the metro station, easy access to/from Kunming airport and hi speed train stations to other city. I didn't use any car hailing app to navigate around. Purely just walk around with the help of the Baidu map.
