設施：房間內的設施都很完善，都是小米的智能家居設備，體驗感還不錯
衞生：放的有一次性馬桶坐墊，一次性拖鞋，這點很貼心，但是床單上感覺稍微不太乾淨，有點小污漬
環境：周邊感覺有點破舊，但是房間還是很乾凈的，像是剛翻新過沒多久的！附近吃的東西蠻多的，距離大悦城也是幾百米的路程
服務：酒店前台剛去的時候給我們搞錯了，明明是兩個人身份證的預訂衹給了一間房，溝通後才發現弄錯了，態度挺好的，可能需要多加培訓吧
來的時候不是旺季，價格還挺划算的，離火車站很近，步行就能過去！還有一個小問題，就是晚上旁邊房間用水的話聲音會比較大，其他的聲音倒是還好

Nice hotel. Veey close to metro stations. Far away from Kunming South Railway Station where high speed trains are operating. Clean and good breakfast. The room we were given had a issue of leaking from the shower which probably affected the furniture under the sink and caused smell.
By the way they serve very good coffee at the reception free of charge one per person for each day.

La stanza è molto grande, molto comoda, molto mangiare prima e dopo la porta, super comoda, è anche il centro della città, la strada di Liu Xiang è anche molto vicina all'ospedale Kunhua e all'ospedale dei bambini, la stazione Kunming è molto vicina.
Principalmente hotel intelligente, con cappello intelligente, tenda elettrica, piccolo amore studente è molto conveniente.La vita è molto felice e il rapporto prezzo è molto alto.Il bagno è separato, molto appropriato, non c'è bisogno di fare il bagno.

The gym is really nice and the swimming pool is beautiful.
The staff members are really friendly and very helpful! My family wanted to take photos with the receiving host at the door who always insisted on opening doors for them and packing their luggage.

Piccolo hotel fantastico, come ci si aspetta da un ibis. Benvenuto dal momento in cui sei entrato e ogni volta che esci e torni! Anche se la camera è un po' stretta per i letti gemelli e i bagagli, era pulita e funzionale. L'unica vera lamentela riguardo alla camera era probabilmente che l'aria condizionata non sempre faceva il suo lavoro, e alcune notti era troppo calda per dormire bene. La posizione è a cinque minuti circa dalla metropolitana e ad un breve viaggio dalla stazione principale. Ma è un po' fuori dalle zone principali. Ci tornerei.
Non ho davvero nessuna foto della stanza, quindi ecco alcuni posti che dovresti assolutamente visitare a Kunming.

DDexter50000I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel over the first week of September 2024 and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the hotel’s stunning aesthetic design. The blend of modern elegance with unique architecture created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and welcoming.
The hotel is conveniently located next to a luxury mall with a supermarket in the basement where you can buy international groceries, pastries and fruits. Guests may also venture to other malls around the area or a night flea market that opens late into the night.
Buffet breakfast featured an extensive selection that included pastries, fresh fruits, pancakes, eggs cooked to order, and an array of dishes like congee with Yunnan spices. Food was good for a buffet spread, with staff ensuring that the buffet was well-replenished and clean.
What truly sets the hotel apart is its service. From the moment I arrived, staff was warm and attentive, ensuring that my every need was met. The front desk team was knowledgeable and eager to help. It was evident that the staff genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience for their guests.
Special mentions to Mila, who helped to facilitate the courier of my daughter's medicine, which I left behind at the hotel. Mila went out of the way to made sure that the medicine reached us on time. She kept us updated throughout the process. Communication was prompt and reassuring, which alleviated our worries.
Overall, I want to thank the hotel staff for making my stay a memorable one and I look forward to my return in future.

UUtente ospiteOverall, I like this hotel chain in general and would stay there again, both at this location and in other cities. This was not the first location for this chain that I have stayed at.
Location: The hotel is located in a fairly central location. It is very close to Green Lake, though you'll need a map in order to know that. It's across the street from a KFC, 711, and Starbucks, and around the corner from a Burger King. There are also quite a few shared bikes (both electric and not) available from several different companies in front of the hotel.
Amenities: Breakfast is available for an additional charge, and there is a laundry room. I used neither of these. The hotel room has a refrigerator and more than the standard two bottles of drinking water plus an electric kettle, tea set, two packets of tea, and some candy in a dish (that looked like it had been there for a very long time). This hotel chain is generally very good about giving you more water if you ask. The bed is very comfortable, the tv is huge, the shower is hot with good water pressure, and the room is clean overall. There were ink stains on the sofa, but no problems with the bedding. Some of the furniture/walls were starting to be in need of repair, but it's not a problem unless you're super picky.
Safety/Service: The front desk staff are always very nice and helpful and willing to answer any questions that you have, but you'll need to speak Mandarin or have a translator handy. English is limited or non-existent. I felt safe in my room, and I didn't worry about leaving things in my room that I generally keep on my person in other hotels. The maid was also very kind and helped me when I saw her in the hallway and asked for help with a small problem (that was totally just my ignorance and too embarrassing to mention!).
WIFI: Wifi is available, but there is no information about the network or password in the room that I could find. I went down to the front desk and the woman there put the password on my phone for me.
Quiet: Well, there were some very loud and very rude guests staying in rooms near me. I don't know what the hotel's response would have been as I didn't all the front desk to complain. It definitely could have been quieter. There was no noise from outside the hotel, though.
Problems: I stayed at this hotel three nights total but two times (one night at the beginning and two nights at the end of my trip). My second room at this hotel (when I stayed for two nights), there was a blinking light inside a grate in the ceiling that can only be seen when all the lights are out. It was really bothering me, and making it difficult for me to sleep. I called the front desk at approx. 12:30 in the morning, and they didn't quite understand my problem (completely due to my sub-par Mandarin), but they sent someone to take a look. The maintenance guy who came said he knew exactly what I was talking about once I pointed upward. He didn't need me to turn off the light and show him. He said there was nothing he could do. If they turned out that light, I would have no electricity in the room. He also said that it's like that in every room. I didn't remember seeing it in the first room I had stayed in at the beginning of my trip, and I also didn't remember it from when I had stayed for three nights at a different location. Whether it really exists in every room or not is here nor there, though it ought to be obvious that a blinking light that doesn't turn off when you turn all the lights off is a bad idea, and something ought to be done). It is possible that it exists in every room but that it's not visible from the bed in every room due to the placement of that grate.

KKevan KeeganUna posizione strana all'inizio camminando per 15 minuti dalla metropolitana diretta all'aeroporto, all'interno di un finto centro commerciale antico. Una volta all'interno, la lobby è un'oasi di calma e sofisticata serenità con servizi moderni.
Dall'ingresso principale sono solo venti passi fino a una bellissima piazza nel centro di Kunming e dieci minuti dai vivaci punti ristoro e da alcuni ottimi ristoranti specializzati, bar e negozi notturni. Una mezz'ora a piedi dal Lago Verde e dal principale tempio buddista zen è il luogo ideale per esplorare Kunming.
La camera era compatta ma elegante e con una fantastica cabina doccia e un bagno privato, oltre a una favolosa TV con tutti i film e le opzioni TV. La colazione viene scelta il giorno prima e ci sono cinque combinazioni tutte presentate magnificamente e personalmente a qualunque ora si scenda.
Più di ogni altra cosa, il personale dell'hotel è meraviglioso: nonostante le barriere linguistiche, hanno fatto ogni sforzo per soddisfare le mie esigenze in modo molto gentile ma efficiente, incluso mostrarmi come funzionava la TV e cambiare il telecomando mentre ero fuori, poiché la batteria era chiaramente scarica .

PplushparadiseState confortevoli per una fermata notturna prima di un volo precoce il giorno successivo, era una soggiorno confortevole. Le foglie erano belle e morbide. Il bagno e le docce sono costruite in modo che siano cubici individuali, quindi il cubico doccia non ha nessun posto dove Rivestimenti/toaletti, ecc. tutte le attrezzature fornite, e c’è un lavandino con asciugabiancheria per ordinare il lavandino prima di continuare il viaggio.
shuttle bus to airport was 5am for a 7.40am flight, where it's a “auto pool” system, must book at the time of check in.
La cena di notte è una bolla di mio Xian, fondamentale. È una bolla calda per tenerti in marcia. Non ci sono opzioni alimentari intorno all'esterno dell'edificio.

UUtente ospiteWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. SSUMINWe are from Lijiang and are going back to Thailand. Stop over at Khun Ming for 1 night, choose a hotel near the walking street, surrounded by shopping areas. Coming to the hotel is easy, you can take the subway from the high-speed rail station, Line 2, Kunming Subway Station, pass 3 stations, change to Line 3 at Dongfeng Square Station, then continue 1 more station, get off at Wuyi Station. Exit this station and find a shopping area. Walk 2-300 meters to the hotel.
There are 2 medium-sized bedrooms, and the bathroom shares a door. It's quite stiff and doesn't move very well.
