Hotel Toyoko-inn a Kumamoto

You can see this hotel when you walk out from the east gate of JR Kumamoto station. Although the nearby area is not popular with just few restaurant and store, but it has a local railway station. However, I have to say this is the worst hotel I have ever lived in my travelling life. This one in the Kumamoto shame on the whole Toyoko Inn system. I had got some strawberry and sweets in the fridge in the room, and they were all frozen to ice at that night. I did not change any switch in the fridge and it was set up to 2 of total 5. Then I took the frozen strawberry to the front and told the stuff, but a lady just said sorry about that and that's all. I can understand there are some difficulties for the staff to explain why bad thing happened to the customers, but at least they should show they would put effort to fix the problems. This happened in the second night, but I have not get any explanation or compensation when I left even till now. And the water pump also created lots of noises when nearby rooms using water, so I think is might be refrained from an old hotel.

화장실 작은거 말곤 다 좋습니다 간단하지만 조식도 알차네요 위치는 사쿠라마치 터미널 근처라 접근성이 좋고 주위에 쇼핑할곳이랑 식당도 많아서 좋네요

리뷰가 별로 없고 다 여행 오신듯한 현지인들이 많았어요룸사진이 너무 오래된 곳이어서 잠만 자자 생각했는데 리모델링을 한건지 사진과 다르더라구요 건물 외벽도 공사중인 같고요 깨끗하고 ㅋ직원분들도 매우 친절하시며 방은 다른지역 비즈니스보다 쫌커요 침대밑 캐리어 하나 펼치고 여유롭게 다녀도 될듯하고요 다만 침대가 다리가 길어 밑에가 다 보여 깨끗했음 한데 고정이 안되는지 침대가 쪼끔 밀렸습니다 조식도 포함이라 깔끔함 가정식으로 맛있게 먹고 생과일 음료랑 다먹구 커피도 테잇해서 방에 올라와 체크아웃전 여유로운 시간을 보내다 나왔습니다 ( 위치또한 좋습니다 대가선으로 버스터미널 쇼핑몰 아케이드가 주변에 다 있습니다)

Very good location, close to Kumamoto castle. Lots of shopping mall and Don Don Donki just nearby. Bus stop to airport just several minutes
