it's a lovely hotel but what's the point of creating cubicles if the top remains open and you can literally hear everything your neighbours do. impossible to sleep

酒店地方方便，鄰近熊本站，方便我們出入以及到遊客資訊中心詢問。 每位1800-2100提供free drinks and wine，可以攜帶自己的食物進內，早上早餐也尚算豐富，十分足夠，有些熟食例如玉子、漢堡扒、炸魚柳、炸雞肉等，更有馬肉咖喱飯，還有基本沙律和乳酪等。 浴場是不大，但剛好這段時間人流也不太多，每晚8～9點泡湯剛好。 跟有捲髮棒出借，每晚可挑選5樣例如面霜/面膜等用個人用品。不過有待改善的事酒店房間內的燈光可以光亮點。

The hotel is located right at one of the very busy shopping streets of Kumamoto with many shops and restaurants. We had had very pleasant stroll there and had dinner and snack. The room is very spacious and clean. The two matt glass windows cannot be opened per se. One has light and the other very little. The soap provided is of better quality than that of the other hotels I have stayed in. The dispenser says Kao.

Credo sia stato il più grande dellusione finora.L'hotel è buono se si ferma per una notte. Ma più dubito.Ad esempio, è obbligatorio lasciare alle 10:00 anche se si ferma per più di una notte. Puoi pagare 1500 yen, ma letteralmente non ti dà niente. Non puoi usare sauna e sento. Non hai ricevuto alcun servizio o servizi aggiuntivi. Anche il sonno è difficile le schede del personale cambiano. Quindi, la gente vive effettivamente in questo hotel capsula. Significa che si alzano molto presto, alti, orologi di allarme, ecc. Infine, la sala di serratura è super piccola. Ci sono pochi spazio. Non ci sono bancone. Certamente non rimarrà. I honestly do not know where to start, I booked the hotel without really knowing much about Kumamoto Prefecture. After arriving in Kumamoto City and then realising Ueki Onsen is another 40 minute bus ride I was thinking oh dear where am I staying. After arriving at the hotel I was greeted by the manager of the hotel who showed me to my room and gave me a tour of the facilities. Once settled in I realised there isn't great public transport around and I primarily wanted to see Beppu and Yufuin during my stay, I enquired with the manager on where I might be able to rent a car, with little to no Japanese language under my belt he took it upon himself to reserve a vehicle for me and offered to drive me himself to collect it. He then also said he would take me back to return it a few days later. After my trips to Beppu and Yufui village (Not to be missed) and not to miss the outstanding and beautiful surroundings in Uekimachi and the Aso region. The manager and I set off to return my hire car, on the way back he took me to Kikuchi shrine to pray and also gifted me coffee and cake. They also accommodated me with use of the on site onsen (amazing) after hours as I'm heavily tattooed. I feel truly grateful to have found this hidden gem of rural Japan and if you are thinking of traveling this great country I emplore you to go off the beaten path. I experienced untold kindness during my stay and have memories of a life time. Thank you so much guys

무난하게 쓰기 좋습니다. 장점 1. 수압이 거의 폭포수 2. 방도 혼자쓰기엔 딱 적당한 크기 3. 3층에 인공온천 [대욕장] 있어서 좋았다. 단점 1. 와이파이 없어서 프론트에서 포켓 와이파이 빌려써야함 2. 비즈니스 호텔이니 방음은 그냥 그런가보다 하고 자자 3. 방 안에 어메니티가 좀 모자랐다. 4. 침대에 콘센트 없음 [이게 제일 큰 단점] 위치 사쿠라마치 버스 터미널에서 걸어서 5-10분 정도 거리 하지만 가깝다. 걸어갈만 함.

民宿管家很細心，詳細介紹環境及使用方式，闆娘會中文，在天草有家海鮮店，熱情又阿莎力，給我們使用一樓的大房間和㕑房，提供浴巾和牙刷，洗衣機免費使用（但要自備洗衣粉），㕑房和餐桌很方便，餐具鍋具比較少，沒有冷氣可以使用電風扇～ 市電河原町站和機場巴士站走路過橋就到，生鮮超市、便利商店走路5-10分鐘，方便採買食材！ 民宿在巷子比較不好找，暫停在路邊走路進去比較恰當！
