Hotel in zona Former Kumamoto City Hall Entrance, Kumamoto

It was a awesome stay at Koko Hotel Premier Kumamoto. We parked our car at the multi story parking building opposite and just walk over with our lugguage. As I have already read some reviews in advance, we have no problem finding the hotel but I must say the sign board is a little not eye catching and can easily miss it. (can see my photo below). Everything is comfortable there and I just have to make space for my luggage opening which is not much of an issue. The location is so convenient and can easily walk over to the shopping area for our dinner with many choices. We enjoyed our stay and there is also drinks vending machine on the level we stayed. Will definitely recommend it for it super convenient location :) btw is near to the Kumamoto castle too!

The location of this hotel is very convenient. Just take the airport bus to Sakuragicho Terminal. The upper floor of the base is a large department store, which sells clothing, food, housing, international brands, local specialties, etc. It only takes 6-8 minutes to walk through the Shinmachi Street shopping street. To the hotel, you pass by various shops and restaurants. The hotel is newly built and has a simple style. The lobby is fresh and comfortable. The staff are very polite and you can check in by yourself. The customer floor is bright and clean. The room area is about 20 square meters. It is equipped with 2 chairs and a small dining table for easy shopping and eating back in the room. The room is fully equipped with daily supplies. The best thing is that the room has independent air conditioning with cooling/heating provided! We stayed for 5 nights and both of us said we were really satisfied and liked it. Hope to stay again in the future!

L'hotel si trova a 1min di distanza dalla stazione ferroviaria Karashimacho, vicino a un grande negozio 7/11. Si trova anche a 5min di distanza dalla strada di shopping Shimotori. La stanza era bella e pulita, le bevande e le strutture erano libere dal lobby. Il sedile bagno era riscaldato, che è un plus! Il personale può parlare inglese di base e sono molto utili - hanno anche un dispositivo di traduzione! È protetto dalla password che ha dato pace. Non ho provato la colazione, come era sul lato più prezioso, ma la stanza era incredibile e vorrei poter stare più a lungo.

こちらのホテルはチェックイン時から、スムーズではありませんでした。 レンタカーでホテルのタワー駐車場に入庫しようとすると、ホテル正面にタクシーが停まっていて入れない状態。やむなくタクシーの脇に停車させると、タクシーの運転手が降りてきて「ここはタクシー乗り場なので入れないよ」と。 ホテルに泊まる宿泊客なのにホテル前に車がつけられないなんてどうなってるの？ 妻にフロントまで聞きに行ってもらうと、タワー駐車場は現在使用していないので、離れたところにある提携駐車場に１泊900円で駐車してくれと。 タワー駐車場の表示は「満車」となっていますが、「満車」ではなく「使用していない」そうです。 提携の立体駐車場に車を停めて、スーツケースをがらがら200ｍほど引っ張り、ようやくチェックインとなりました。 お部屋は最上階の角部屋。少し広めの部屋でした。 入口はいると左手にトイレ、右手に洗面所とお風呂、２つに分かれています。 分かれているのはいいのですが、それぞれのドアが引き戸ではなく開き戸なので、干渉しあって使い勝手が良くありません。 それと、通路から部屋に入ると、部屋全体が右にドッグレッグした状態（右横に広がった状態）なので、空調の吹き出し口から出た冷気が右奥の方へ行きわたらず、手前は寒く右奥は暑いという環境でした。 朝食はB1にある「雑魚屋」という居酒屋で食べることになります。有無を言わさず和食でした。 内容的には、辛子蓮根と高菜はありましたが、そのほかに熊本らしさはなく、いたって普通の和食でした。 東急ホテルズには馴染みがあり、いろんな都市で利用しているのですが、次回熊本滞在の時にこちらを選ぶかどうかは微妙です。

Location is unbeatable and it’s great I can park the car in the hotel with very reasonable charge. As a gentle note, hotel car park only accept cash on the ground level. The onsen is really good and open till mid night, which is great. The room is comfortable and clean.

Near the historic site but not so near to the JR station. It was a rainy day so we had some trouble moving our luggage to the JR station. The hotel itself is good. Rooms are not big but its good enough. Onsen was very crowded after dinner but there were lovely treats prepared for us.

A pochi passi dalla stazione. L'edificio sembra rinnovato da un anziano presso le strutture interne sono standard. Mi piace sempre il colazione dove comprendono piatti e materiali locali.

L'hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione Kumamoto, dalla stazione JR b è a sinistra, vicino al negozio Bic Camera vicino. Vi è anche un fermo stradale/tram così vicino all'hotel che si può usare per esplorare i luoghi turistici della città! Il lobby è molto spazioso e mi piace molto il set intimo e l'illuminazione. L'iscrizione è stata veloce e 3 ascensori servono bene con i viaggiatori + bagagli. La progettazione della camera è piuttosto standard e abbiamo chiesto di un letto x2 singolo, la dimensione della camera è rispettabile. L'hotel ha fornito alcune strutture e un'acqua bollente, sufficiente per noi. L'hotel è molto in Going Green, non ci sarà nessuna custodia a meno che non venga richiesto. Questo potrebbe essere il modello che si muove avanti, per tagliare i rifiuti. Abbiamo avuto il nostro colazione al vicino Pronto. Il fiume Kitaoka è a circa 400 metri, in direzione opposta della stazione JR, quindi consigliamo di scendere se il tempo permette. Una buona esperienza di soggiorno. J

Love this hotel!! Right next to JR station super convenient. Also beside a mall with a lot of food options. JR station has a market with convenient Stores too. Easy to get to anywhere with local lines. Service staff is super friendly and helpful, room is spacious and comfortable and clean and quiet. Beautiful japandi theme too. Will highly recommend!
