"Overall - clean, quiet, value for money, good location to food and shops, and mall. A good rest stop for me from Senai Airport.
However, (1) Internet tend to be intermittent in speed and ping, (2) Second storey climb requires 25 steps up the staircase."

"Il luogo è molto buono, il prezzo è ragionevole, l'atteggiamento del personale è anche buono, il tipo di camera è buono.La salubrità è leggermente buona, il tetto della camera è un po' fermentato, e ci sono parti insufficienti di pulizia nell'angolo, ci sono polveri e reti da giardino"

"Non è un cattivo luogo,
La pulizia media della camera, la porta igienica ha rumore una volta che ho provato a swing aprirlo .
Dal momento che l'hotel si trova sulla strada principale, il rumore da passare attraverso i veicoli non può essere evitato.
La prova sonora non è ancora standard, sento rumore dai corridoi anche la porta è chiusa."

"Overall, the location ( lots of eateries around) and amenities are great, with a nice reception and security guard. The bed is comfortable too.
However, some maintenance issues need to be addressed, specifically:
- Toilet bowl set is damaged and flush isn't working properly
- Table lighting in the room is too dim for working
- Room isn't soundproof enough
Hope these issues can be fixed soon! 😊"

"Customer service very nice but the aircond really not good been set timer auto close every two hours, and there is no fan no window. Got request to fix, fix third time still same so those four night i stay wake up every 2 hours and take out the room card and restart whole things ! Bc very hot cant tahan!"

TThe IzzLa stanza era pulita, spaziosa e ben tenuta per un breve soggiorno vicino all'aeroporto. I letti erano confortevoli, e le mutande hanno dato buon sostegno per un sonno tranquillo.
L'ispezione era ben organizzata e il personale del front desk era amichevole e professionale.
Servizi-saggio, l'hotel è ben attrezzato con piscina, palestra e anche un'area per bambini, anche se non ho avuto il tempo di usarli. The location is also a huge plus it’s just a short drive to Senai Airport and Johor Premium Outlets, which made everything convenient.

The location is also very convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s just a short drive from the airport. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with easy airport access, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

SStephanie YXLDoesnt provide disposable room slippers, hair dryer is super outdated & not working after 1minute of using, need to follow the trend abit to provude slightly better-at least working hairdryer. Location wise is just right opp of Senai airport which is convenient if catching a flight. Bed is comfy but bedsheet & comforter is very old. Its fine cos i use my own disposable bedsheet. Breakfast is simple but good enough for a simple & quick brkfast before catching a flight.

SShana Abdullah KohI am a solo biker doing shift work in the next country so I book resorts and suites on the weekends, Le Grandeur stands out as my favorite location in Johor because it is very exclusive location and away from the crowds.
Because it is situated in nature the resort has a very temperate climate, on my day of arrival it was foggy after the rain and it really felt cooler than Cameron Highlands using natural ventilation. You will barely need the air con in the room and just set it 30 degrees and maximum fan for circulation will do.
The service standards are very high, polite and efficient to all nationalities of guests and feel very welcome when the front desk agents understand I want to be a little cautious and quiet around people.
I will definitely be back for more staycations!

GGOHHotel looks old, although non-smoking room but constantly have smoking smell. Water heater not working well.
Bed is clean, aircon is cold, downstairs got tea garden, easy access for breakfast and dinner.

The room is looking clean, the toilet clean to use, bed is nice to sleep that not causing itchiness, only thing is that the cup given is dirty and got voice slightly high out of the door as there's quarrell between the customers. However, still considering good as not affecting sleeping at night. Amenities given aren't good enough as there's no soap even got shampoo given in the toilet but it's not in packaging so then would be worry to use.

JJamie00The location is secluded and peaceful. The building, rooms and grounds are a little old and crumbly but clean and green. The sounds of nature are amazing and awesome.
We were prepared for simple meals without much of a choice, having read reviews and understanding that the location has a part to play.
However, we did not expect the food to be bad. What made it worse was that when we gave feedback on my brother’s dish, which was especially hard, the server said he would talk to the chef, then came back with the receipt saying it is what we ordered. It was also interesting that when we were still hanging around after dinner, we indicated to the server (who was attentive) that we were done and that he could clear the dishes, sensing that he wanted to. He offered the information that yes the chef wants to go home!
There are no telephones in the room. The TV turned on by itself 3 times at night, disrupting our sleep.
Basically you are on your own if you need assistance at night.
The nice part of this stay is the horse riding stables. We had a nice chat with the very friendly trainer the next morning and had fun playing with the horses. If you want to try horse riding, the fees are additional.
All in all, I can’t rate this accom highly as we did not get proper rest (good, uninterrupted sleep is a basic expectation), food was not good with no accessible options, and service was nonchalant; almost laughable. Not worth what we paid.
However the place has a lovely proposition with its serenity and horses - I hope it does better.

HHahuhaheClose to Senai airport but not within walking distance. Shower not screened from toilet, so once you shower, the toilet floor is wet. The surrounding environment is very degraded. See a lot of litter. The trash point is an eyesore. Potholes are filled in with construction debris.Not the hotel's fault. But i am not coming back.
