We are here to check in since 4 am. Unfortunately the reception counter is close and we trying to contact them but no answer. Already emailed them and informed that our arrival time and they reply it's 24hours service . Now we are stranded outside the lobby waiting for the staff to start work in d morning. I would like a full compensation for not getting our rooms upon arrival. Sincerely Rohanah Abu Hassan

after I found this homestay and check in, I check out after less them 1 hour. it was the worst homestay or any hotel i have ever stay, totally regret , Iwas given a small room with mattarress om the floor, ! maybe i have miss the info when i book them , the room lit was so dim and dark , , anyway ,I m glad i get out as soon as i check in !

Friendly staffs. Mattress is too soft.

地點很不錯，價格合理，職員態度也很好，房型不錯。衞生稍微欠佳，房間天花板有些發黴，角落也有打掃不到位的部分，有灰塵和蜘蛛網

挺乾淨的。其他也還行吧，符合這個價位。
