House keeper is so nice and everything is wonderful here. We can share a private beach here and it is a good place to meditation.

👍 Located on the best beach in Borneo. Forget about KK, if you want to have the best borneo experience, drive to this place (if possible). Private pool on your villa, 45 seconds walk to the beach, the sunset view is way better than the one in Tanjung Aru Beach. 👎 Come prepare with groceries to cook for yourself or drive to the closest restaurant (Tommy's Place or Seafood Restaurant - only cash)

Lovely chalet to stay in. There is private swimming pool and you can swim anytime even until midnight. The room is spacious and cozy. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The bathroom was not ensuite. It was outside and was very inconvenient when raining for elderly. Cleanliness was poor not worth the money and value. Breakfast not really nice to taste, limited choice.

Staffs are polite and responsive. However the cleanliness is really bad with blood stains on the blanket, bathroom amenities is old and rusty. Overall , does not worth the price paid.

매우 쾌적하고 깨끗 , 서비스 👍 안좋은점은 시내에서 30분 떨어져있다는 것과 화장실이 바깥에 있다는 것 ! 하지만 재방문하고싶을 정도로 만족스러워요~ 바다도 1분정도 걸으면 있어요

優點是環境好，獨棟大別墅，每棟都帶泳池，就在海邊，人少清凈，服務員熱情。但還是有很多衞生死角，設施老舊，蚊子很多，早餐現做，但選擇少且不好吃，位置偏僻，周圍沒有商超餐飲，去鎮上吃飯自駕半小時。廚房很大，廚具非常齊全，如果是幾家人一起出遊住這裏真的不錯

酒店非常適合度假，beach離酒店3分鐘，落日極美。housekeeper也很棒，ben很熱情，酒店設施很乾凈，讓人有回家的感覺。有廚房，早飯是現做的，非常好看好吃，所以來kudat必須來這家。

酒店的位置離市區有些遠，但環境清靜，酒店後面是沙灘，看日落超正，但蚊子比較多，給咬了很多包包🤣

We received a very warm welcome from the staff, with a few of them waiting for us at the villa. The villa was gorgeous. The common area, consisting of a living room and an open-concept kitchen, was a definite plus. The kitchen was fully equipped; you only need to bring your own ingredients to cook. The TV had access to Netflix and YouTube. There were also board games and good internet. The bed was fluffy and comfortable. The pool and the view were magnificent. Having a private gazebo and a beach all to yourself for BBQs was another great bonus. Definitely will repeat with my big and extended family. The downsides are that the villa is a bit old. The villa next to ours is damaged and can feel quite eerie at night. Additionally, the sambal served with the nasi lemak for breakfast could use some improvement in taste.

We stayed here for 7 nights in April and the whole experience was first class. Cooked breakfast to order every morning and tasty snacks each afternoon. For evening meals we used The secret Place further up the beach which is about a 25 minute walk.

We had a wonderful, tranquil family time. We stayed at Bayyuh Sabha and blown away by the villa, private pool and the service. Special shoutout to the hardworking team especially to Francisca for the warm hospitality. Kelambu beach is beautiful, I enjoyed the long walk all the way to Kelambu island. The rubbish at the public beach area is heartbreaking . Tips: 1) Do grocery at Pekan Sikuati/ Kudat town. The kitchen is the villa is fully equipped. Next time I would do BBQ/ steamboat hot pot for dinner. 2) During morning walk by the beach, I spotted local fishermen coming back and the fishes they sell are fresh and cheap. Too bad they only accept cash and I had none at the time. 3) Book masseur/ lunch/ dinner arrangement in advance. The team can help arrange for it if done in advance. 4) Apply insect repellant as the sandflies are vicious.
