Hotel in zona , Kuching

Ho fatto il check-in nella camera 718 e sono stato svegliato la mattina presto dal rumore dei lavori di ristrutturazione al piano di sopra (il suono di trapani elettrici e martellamenti; quando ho fatto il check-in, non mi è stato detto che erano in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione sopra l'8° piano e che ci sarebbero stati rumore). Quando ho visto l'ora erano solo le 9. Poi ho chiamato il servizio di pulizia, ma non ha funzionato. Era inutile lasciare la stanza e dirlo al personale delle pulizie nella stanza accanto. Quando scesi alla reception, l'addetto alla reception PETROS in realtà disse che ora potevo cambiare stanza. Ho chiesto di negoziare con il direttore generale Dopo avermi contattato, il cameriere ha detto che il direttore generale era in riunione e ha contattato lo staff tecnico per fermare il rumore delle decorazioni. Passarono 45 minuti, ma il suono delle decorazioni era ancora lì. Sono dovuto scendere alla reception verso le 10 circa per lamentarmi con il direttore generale, ma è scomparso. Dopo aver protestato ripetutamente alla reception, la responsabile della reception NADIA è uscita e ha fermato il rumore causato dalla decorazione. Era già passata più di un'ora. Dopo l'incidente, l'hotel non si è scusato.

Love the small welcome note that left in the room by the housekeeping team, small gesture but felt warmly welcomed. Keep up the good work. Room was clean and cozy, amenities sufficient, only feedback is on the room door, couldn't close on its own hence have to close it manually everytime I went out. There is this nice Kueh chap just opposite the hotel, must try! And a good bar further to the left opposite the hotel. Nice location, Good reception, second time I'm back for business trip.

A great stay in waterfront, old hotel, but the furniture and cleanliness still acceptable. Great for business traveller. But suggest hotel to make a specific smoking area outside the hotel, so the smokers not standing right infront of entrance smoking and disturbing the incoming guest, the smokes are ”welcoming” the guest giving unplesant experience. Very convenient access to shopping mall, but the shopping mall are old, not much star shop and eatable food, no much chinese food, nearby chinatown also not vibrant. All shops are closed. The good thing about this hotel is the direct access to shopping mall and basement parking, free parking for guest in and out without paying, ideal for car rental guest, no need to worry about raining. Loccitane shower and shampoo really good and add points.

Ho soggiornato in un hotel proprio di fronte alla famosa Statua del Gatto a Kuching e, nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza discreta. La posizione è sicuramente il punto forte: tutto è raggiungibile a piedi e c'è persino un servizio di sampan proprio dietro l'hotel, il che lo ha reso davvero comodo per esplorare la zona. La camera in sé era discreta. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene, forse un po' troppo bene, visto che a volte faceva freddissimo. Il letto era un po' duro, non proprio il massimo per i miei gusti. Il bagno sembrava un po' datato, con vasca inclusa, ma onestamente avrei preferito una doccia e una vasca separate. Tuttavia, un aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato è l'accappatoio: era troppo sottile. La colazione era discreta, soprattutto perché servivano specialità locali come il Sarawak Laksa e il Kolo Mee. In breve, ottima posizione, colazione decente, ma il comfort della camera potrebbe essere migliore. Perfetto per un breve soggiorno se si desidera raggiungere facilmente i luoghi di interesse turistico.

I was a bit disappointed with my stay. Prior to check-in, I had sent a message via chat and also called directly to request a simple anniversary decoration in the room. I was assured that a basic swan towel deco could be arranged. However, when I arrived, there was nothing prepared at all. It was quite disheartening, especially since this stay was meant to be a special occasion. In addition, I noticed that there was no tissue box provided in the room, and the one in the bathroom had not been replenished. We had to make do with just toilet paper. The bidet pipe was also leaking, the floor was wet. I attempted to contact reception and housekeeping, but the in-room phone was not functioning at all, leaving us with no way to communicate our concerns during the stay. Made it seem like its there just for decoration. These may seem like small issues, but as a guest, it’s the little touches and attention to detail that make a hotel experience memorable. I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant, just the basic comforts and a gesture that was promised. Unfortunately, this time, the experience fell short. But the view was amazing though.

Questo hotel è il migliore in cui ho soggiornato finora a Kuching! Il personale è davvero gentile e simpatico. Sorridi sempre in faccia anche se controlliamo in hotel alle 23:00. Quello che mi piace di più di questo hotel è la colazione a buffet! Dove trovare hotel che servono laksa sarawak e mee kolok come buffet? Qui servono tutto!!! E anche la vista è accattivante dato che abbiamo preso la camera con vista sul mare :) ma gli aspetti negativi sono che il bagno ha solo il bidet ed è piuttosto lento e la piscina è nell'ala puteri quindi devi camminare un po'. A parte questo, tutto è fantastico e conveniente in questo hotel! ❤️❤️❤️

La posizione è davvero ottima. È il posto migliore per una passeggiata nel sud-est asiatico. Sono disponibili anche diverse crociere fluviali, per permettervi di ammirare uno splendido tramonto. La colazione dell'hotel era semplice ma perfetta.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the convenient location close to major attractions. We highly recommend Tune Hotel for its serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

eventho this time we had a problem with booking confirmation but overall the stayed is good because this is the second time we went here

Love it , but pls take note the hotel cannot issue 2 room access cards 💳 and I’ve tried to say if I can make additional payment for a second card but then again no. Other than that, all is perfect , room and toilet is super clean and surrounding is pleasant
