Nice place to stay. Laundry and vendor machine available at the hotel lobby. Parking is at your own risk... but it is safe and easy to get parking

Posizione strategica. A pochi passi dalla torre kuantan e dalla spianata. Il personale FO (maschio) non è amichevole. Il resto era buono. Durante la colazione, Nasi minyak non era completamente cotto. Ho provato due volte perché ho soggiornato qui per 5 notti. Il resto andava bene. Nasi lemak era davvero gustoso.

Overall stay was alright , staff was very friendly and breakfast was basic but good at the price we paid . Only thing is the room which we stayed in was clean but very old , compared to the picture where some of the other rooms were already refurbished with carpet and also new toilets . The wooden toilet door frames were already rotting in our room . Travelled with a young kid of 4 years old , but the window insulation was pretty bad as we were facing the back nearby a mosque and we could hear the speakers up to 1030pm and then again at around 530am . Really need to improve on that to enable a good quiet sleep .

Ho prenotato una camera familiare con vista sul mare, la vista è buona, la camera è pulita, il letto è comodo e comodo, il parcheggio è molto spazio e gratuito. La colazione è abbastanza varia di scelte, il gusto è OK per me. Solo il ridimensionamento sembra uno stretto hotel più che un hotel sulla spiaggia perché anche lì c'è una scala per farti andare in spiaggia ma il cancello è bloccato e non è permesso scendere, un po' più posso vedere che la costruzione di sabbie di riempimento è attiva. .. During our stay at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and semi-outdoor bath tub. The room was impressive, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom, connected to the outdoor platform, was stunning, and the hot, steaming bath water was a highlight. The branded toiletries, including the additional body lotion, were a great touch, especially after swimming. Highlights of our stay included the private pool, the complimentary high teas, and the option to have breakfast served in the restaurant or in-room. The resort also offered amenities such as complimentary buggy rides, bike rentals, and various free games. Exploring the vast resort, with its nature sounds and relaxing atmosphere, was a memorable experience. Additionally, the dinner and bar were worth visiting and offered affordable options. However, the air conditioning in the room was not effective at night, and some of the bikes provided were not in the best condition. The steep slopes in the resort also posed a challenge, as I had a biking accident due to my own excitement and adrenaline rush. It's important to be cautious when using the bikes. For other dining and leisure options, Gambang offers local Chinese eateries, and Kuantan town, just an hour's drive away, provides modern cafes, shopping opportunities, and beach access.

Questa è la quarta volta che io soggiorno in questo hotel ...i davvero ama stare qui.La camera è pulita, piscina e spiaggia anche molto bello. Ma questa volta, quando sono arrivato, stavo per caso prenotando per la sala dirigente con vista giardino, quindi ho chiesto di cambiare la vista sul mare, ma la stanza è piena. Ok, quindi ho accettato la stanza, ma ho chiesto di andare in alto per poter avere una bella vista o una vista parziale sul mare, ma quando sono arrivato nella mia stanza, ho avuto una stanza con questo. È davvero fastidioso, e il personale che ha partecipato non è molto utile e amichevole.

Personale molto cordiale - nella hall, alla reception, nei ristoranti. Ottima vista dalla camera d'albergo. Mi sono state date camere ai piani alti, vista mare e camere una accanto all'altra, come richiesto durante la prenotazione. I miei figli adorano così tanto la piscina. mi piaceeeee
