Kuantan: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

Always loves to stay at this hotel during business trip to Kuantan. Nice spread of breakfast and comfy bed. Big enough of space for work and rest. Attitude of front reception could be improved with long wait time during registration, else it would be nearly perfect short stay.

Prima di arrivare, ho letto tutti i commenti e ho avuto paura che le aspettative fossero state ridotte molto, quindi dopo arrivare, sono tutte sorprese. La stanza è vecchia per essere accettata, perché sono fondamentalmente fuori, il miniclub è molto attiva, i bambini sono molto emozionati a correre ogni giorno. Guardando i commenti, prestare particolare attenzione all'osservazione. Il club dei bambini è in parte trattato con alcune differenze, ma pensando che di solito cadono in pochi gruppi, I bambini non si sentono solo freddi.Come non ha detto il cibo, mi sento bene.L'attività acquatica e il consiglio di salsa hanno chiarito i requisiti in anticipo. Anche quando sono scappati qualche chilo non sono conformi ai requisiti.Alla fine non c'è tempo per giocare.Si dice che l'anno debba essere riqualificato, e poi c'è la possibilità di due chilometri.

We traveled recently to Mangala with young children and had a fantastic stay! The beautiful Amani pool villa was a highlight for us, peaceful and serene. It was such a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our kids especially loved the children's playroom, kids club activities and the various recreation services available. Also worth mentioning that Mangala homes 100 different species of birds and it’s quite a sight for bird/nature lovers! Special thanks to the amazing staff of the front desk team, dining, housekeeping, recreation and kids club! You made us feel right at home and we can’t wait to be back again for another family holiday.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist, Fadzlina was so friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. She was incredibly helpful, providing useful tips about the area and ensuring all my needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathtub that made for the perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring. The view was absolutely breathtaking—an uninterrupted vista of the ocean that I could enjoy all day long. The hotel also offers free access to the beach, which was just a short walk away, perfect for a day of sun and sand. The location is ideal, situated in a central area with easy access to local attractions, yet still offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royale Chulan Cherating Villa, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff and services at this resort exceeded my expectations! Without a doubt one of the best resorts in Malaysia and if you're ever in Cherating, THIS is the place to stay! First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP guest. Whether it was the front desk staff, the buggy drivers, the housekeeping team or even the F&B staff, everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and for that, I am truly grateful. Kudos to Rizam for introducing us this hidden gem. The dining experience at the resort was exceptional as well. The Ocean restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences during my breakfast and dinner. I was particularly impressed with the chef's culinary skills and the waitstaff's impeccable service. Shoutout to Mahdi and Nizar in building a strong service team. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, and the dining experience added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. However, while the staff and services were outstanding, there is room for improvement when it comes to the resort's facilities. Although the property is well-maintained, some areas appear a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I was told that they have very limited budget provided by the management and the improvement process is quite slow. They don't even have a gym or a large banquet hall which I understand is a requirement for a 5 star resort. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a modern touch to match the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the pool area, though enjoyable, would be even more appealing with updated loungers and a fresh coat of paint. These are my two cents which I hope the management would consider to do as soon as possible in order to maintain this amazing place and their regular guests. Despite these minor facilities-related issues, I wouldn't hesitate to return. The exemplary staff and top-notch service is more than enough to compensate for any facility shortcomings. In fact, I look forward to seeing how the resort evolves in the future, as I believe that with some upgrades, it has the potential to become an even more remarkable tourist attraction. I truly hope the management takes care of it's staff by giving rewards or incentives as I can see they worked really hard to maintain this resort's standards. I just knew AC by Marriot was previously known as Vistana Hotel. Place is very clean, the deco looks very luxurious yet neat & super straightforward. Parking is also convenient. The breakfast options could be better as I believe the variation is not that extensive as compared to other hotels, but its decent enough for me & my wife.
