"Stayed for one night…
The room was spacious and had no carpet,
but slippers were provided for use inside the room.
Breakfast was okay — plenty of choices.
The only downside was the parking ramp, which was very narrow.
It’s fine for small cars, but for SUVs or MPVs, it takes quite some effort to maneuver.
You can see a lot of paint marks on the sides of the ramp — probably from cars that scraped against it 😅"

"Really nice hotel
but please remember to close your curtain, the view to your room from down there or anywhere else could be crystal clear.
But if you’re checking in during holidays or during the season where offshore people going/coming back to/from offshore, the elevator journey could be a hell of a wait.. i once waited nearly half an hour to get from 16th to G floor for check out.. so plan your travel well

"Checked in smoothly at this downtown 14‑storey hotel—smart location, walking distance to Menara Kuantan 188 and the mosque . Room had decent views, decent Wi‑Fi, comfy bed—nothing earth‑shattering, but solid . Bathroom was tight. Breakfast was passable—adequate, not memorable . Pool looked inviting, but others were already lounging by 7 PM; felt a bit crowded . Staff were friendly and helpful—parking got arranged despite limited space . Overall: no luxury, but reliable, practical, and efficient."

"1. Their breakfast is the best! so many variety and u can enjoy a really good full filling breakfast. They even allowed u to bring your coffee to the pool, as it is just next to the dining area.
2. They use salt water for their pool. But their pool is the same floor as the lobby and dining area. So for us, we feel there’s no privacy.
3. Their room is actually pretty small. Compact. Stuffy i would say. But for some maybe that’s alright. We prefer a bit more space.
4. Parking can be tricky. Sometimes it’s full. Their parking space is limited so avoid coming during festive season😬
5. The hotel location is in town. So that’s alright."

JJia PingI recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, the location is fantastic! It's just a short walk to the beach, which is absolutely gorgeous. The sand is soft and pristine, and the water is crystal clear—perfect for relaxing or swimming.
Although the hotel is 45 years old, it's surprisingly well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and everything is kept clean. The overall vibe of the hotel is relaxed, which adds to the charm.
The service and food were decent but nothing to write home about. While the staff were friendly, the service didn’t feel particularly exceptional. The food was okay, but there wasn’t much variety, and it didn’t stand out compared to other places I’ve stayed.
Overall, I’d say this hotel is a great option if you're looking for a beautiful location near the beach with decent accommodations. The beach alone makes it worth the stay!

La cosa migliore era certamente la cibo.Non c'era molto cibo intorno alla zona, ma il cibo al resort era davvero fantastico e il prezzo non era troppo costoso
Le attività erano un po' meno, un po' di cose da pagare, come il gioco da tavolo e persino il volleyball, ma ping pong, ciclismo e archeria erano liberi
Se stai cercando qualcosa fuori dalle distrazioni, forse è qui, ma se vuoi fare alcune attività, hmmmm lo apprezzerebbe un 6/10, finito guardando netflix sul portatile
La TV non era abbastanza intelligente per avere un cavo o un netflix diretto

JJim DanielsI stayed at this hotel in August 2025. The main entrance was still under renovation, but the hotel had set up an alternative entrance and bag drop before you could reach the lobby. The lobby was spacious and well-designed, and it must have been recently renovated. Check-in was a breeze, and we were given a sea view room. It was gorgeous – spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the latest touches. The room had a spacious balcony overlooking the sea and pool area.
The customer service desk even called our room to make sure we were settled in. The beach was just a short walk from the pool, and it was nice and clean. The pool area was also well-maintained.
We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant because we were too lazy to drive. The food was okay, but we were hoping for bigger portions. Luckily, the cafe offered a 50% discount on cakes.
The breakfast spread was good with lots of choices. Even though it was just for one night, it was still a memorable experience. It was the perfect night for a relaxing getaway.

IIda ARCome molti altri commenti di seguito menzionati, sono molto rigorosi per quanto riguarda l’insieme degli occupanti all’interno della stanza, come ha detto anche mia sorella legale. Probabilmente la prossima riunione del consiglio di resort può considerare la possibilità di porre fine / abolire tali regole. Il resort deve ricordare che il turismo in Malaysia è di solito orientato alla famiglia, quindi dovrebbe dare priorità a un luogo/hotel/resort familiare. Do not hurt the occupants/ visitors pf the resort’s feeling. Not all are privileged to book luxury room for their family. Hope cam consider 🙏 other resort/ hotel very rare have such rules. Ma, in generale, bene, l'aborto sarebbe davvero consigliare questo posto ai parenti e agli amici.

UUtente anonimoThis is my second time booking this hotel. This time, I chose the Garden Chalet King. The room is spacious, but the bathroom is smaller compared to the Beach Chalet. In the Beach Chalet, the sink, shower, and toilet are all inside the bathroom. For the Garden Chalet, the sink is placed outside, right next to the entrance.
The chalet has a balcony facing a pond, which could have been a nice feature. Unfortunately, it wasn’t well maintained and was covered in lizard droppings. Even inside the room, I found ants and baby cockroaches. The room felt dusty and poorly maintained.
Despite the condition of the room, the environment is still pleasant. It’s walking distance to the beach, with plenty of food options nearby. The town is also not too far if you want to explore.
