I booked family room with the sea view, the view is good, room is clean, bed is cozy n comfortable, parking is a lot of space n free of charge. Breakfast is quite variety of choices, taste is OK for me. Only the downsize is look like straits hotel more than beach hotel because even there have a staircase to let u go to the beach but the gate is locked n not allowed to go down, some more I can see the construction of filling sands is on... So, may be needs some times only can open for visits. By the way, I totally satisfied the views, service and the environment here.

Checking in on Thursday and check out on Friday. Location wise, so near to Ana Ikan Bakar restaurant. They offered magnificent sea view but the swimming pool is too crowded and hotel management is doing nothing. Poor internet connection in my room from level 18. I need to go down at public area to do my work. Only 1 set of toiletries were prepared in Studio room. Phone is not functioning. I need to use my personal phone to call operator. They are not checking guest's vaccination certificate during check in process as well. Pls improve your SOP handling. Cannot imagine how you guys will handle more upcoming guests during weekend or public hol.

Nice and good hotel..but need to improve on cleanliness..got stain on bed sheet and pillow..also got stain in mug..so dirty..floor not clean very well..got sand on floor..

Breakfast just ok, not so much choices..
Check in need to que long, but it ok.
Lift service so bad, need to wait almost 20 to 30 mins ..
The room is nice and ok for family.

Spacious room and wide variety of breakfast buffet with very affordable price. Totally recommended!

The room not clean properly! Feel not comfortable at all.
Refer picture. Bed sheet was dirty but still let guess to sleep on??? Under table there was leftover plastic case (I believe last guess throw it on floor) but cleaner not clean it!
1st time stay but awful room.
Water heater not function well also.
Car park for guess are less (combine parking with residents) & car park path is narrow.
