La stanza è a posto, ma non c'è specchio e puzza strano.
I bagni sono molto vecchi e non puliti, non hanno nebbia, tovagliolo e specchio.
Seconda notte di ascensore... Quando sono con gli anziani, non possono usare le scale, devono cambiare in un altro hotel quella notte.
Con il prezzo che abbiamo pagato non è stato assolutamente raccomandato..

La stanza standard è davvero pulita e confortevole per 2-3 persone. Il prezzo è davvero ragionevole e conveniente per questo tipo di posto e soggiorno. Inoltre, può ottenere un prezzo più economico se prenotiamo online. È davvero il valore del denaro.

We had a bad experience staying here because of the water supply is on , off and even no water at night and in the morning. The Person in charge promised that the problem will be solve but when we woke up early in the morning , still no water supply. Too bad they only provide us 2 medium bottles of water and 1 box of small mineral water for usage of 8 persons. We left the place early and have to pay another hotel to get shower. The PIC not even apologize to us.

Hi. So far I stayed in this hotel, the service was good, the room is clean, near to the shopping centre, easy to get food, easy to access to anywhere since it’s in the middle of the town area, the staff are friendly and nice … i would recommend everyone to book this hotel 😁👍🏻

This hotel boasts one of the most convenient and fantastic locations imaginable. It's close to all the key areas, with popular attractions just 15 to 20 minutes away. The room was incredibly comfortable and cozy, spotless, and fresh. From the moment we entered the hotel until we reached our room, everything was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms inviting and fresh throughout our stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for its guests. The common areas were also well-maintained, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming vibe. The attention to detail in cleanliness really enhanced our stay, making it even more enjoyable and relaxing.
Service:
The service at this hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the Front Desk team, including Mr. Riduan, Ms. Aida, Ms. Ain, Ms. Aishah, Ms. Aimi, Ms. Syafikah, Mr. Adam, and Ms. Syafiqah. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful suggestions and regularly checking in to ensure our comfort. Their kindness and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience, and their positive attitude significantly enhanced our stay. It's clear that the hotel truly values its guests, and their exceptional service was one of the highlights of our visit. Every interaction with the team was marked by warmth, efficiency, and a true commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. It’s rare to find such high-level service, and it played a huge role in making our time at the hotel so wonderful. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond!

UUtente anonimoCheck in was a breeze with the app. Clean and nice room. Wi-fi available in room. TV comes with many channels. As it was the Chinese New Year weekend I am happy to have booked together with breakfast as many shops were closed. Breakfast spread is also good. Free parking available on the 6th floor for hotel guests.
My only gripe is the writing table not having a smooth top.

Love the aesthetically design/style but cannot with their shower soap/shampoo. Can smell good and bad at the same time. Kadang ii bau okay herbs ii star anise. Kadang ii bila buka part toilet tu bau mcm public toilet dkt rnr. Cadar/blacket ada coklat mark gitu. Maybe tk hilang walaupun dh basuh. Nth la. Tak selesa nak solat very sempit ruang untuk solat sebelah singki hijau tu ha. Mula ii dpt bilik 209 pastu 4pg mcmtu staff bg tukar bilik 210 sbb aircond tkjdi kt bilik 209. Sampai berpeluh peluh tidur malam sbb dia auto. Kita tkleh adjust temp. Lastly, room tiles. Tengoklah sendiri. Tbh not recommended for u to go with friends ke sape ii sbb bilik air tu boleh nampak dri luar kau mandi. Indah khabar dari rupa. Tapi staff baik je. Oh satu lg kalau amik bilik mcmni susah sikit la nak makan dlm bilik sbb kerusi meja dia sambungan dri kepala katil tuje. Recommend duduk 18suites, cheaper, bersih, ada meja nak makan, a bit luas berbanding payang. Air coway pun disediakan ktsana.

Dobbiamo seguire il bug per il nostro hotel con la macchina. Il primo bug per seguire sta bene, ma come ha bisogno di uscire un'altra famiglia, ha passato a un altro bug per il viaggio.
Ma non due modi di comunicazione, immagino, non sapevamo nemmeno che dovremmo seguire un altro bug finché non abbiamo perso un collegamento e notato questo secondo pilota solo allora ci segnalava di seguirlo.
E una volta che arrivamo al luogo che non è un'unità (ha più unità in un'area) egli cerca rapidamente di andarsene. Ho bisogno di richiamarlo prima di andare a ripetere quale è l'edificio in cui stiamo rimanendo. Quando gli ho chiesto, sembrava annoiato, ma non ha nemmeno spiegato bene... dovrei essere quello che è annoiato.
L'hotel è a posto. Sarebbe meglio se il personale fosse un po' più accogliente e si sforzasse di acquisire le loro competenze sociali. Migliorerà notevolmente l'esperienza di soggiorno.
