Kuala Terengganu: i migliori hotel con palestra

All about facilities are fine,breakfast is okey but receptionist at front desk name hazie.... very cocky and she not even smiling. Its very hard to find receptionist who work at hotel like that..please la change your attitude..very poor.

I reached the hotel at 11pm as I took the bus and waited at the front desk for 10 minutes as there were no receptionists there. The room was ok but the towels and bath tub were quite dirty and with many stains. The breakfast was so so. But the location of the hotel was quite strategic, near to the mall, some tourist attractions and nice food too

Just a transit to Redang. Hotel room just ok, nothing much to complaint. Location is ok, near to ChinaTown. But parking not so convenient, where parking is behind hotel building. If you have big luggages, young kids and elderly along, difficult a bit

Check in was a breeze with the app. Clean and nice room. Wi-fi available in room. TV comes with many channels. As it was the Chinese New Year weekend I am happy to have booked together with breakfast as many shops were closed. Breakfast spread is also good. Free parking available on the 6th floor for hotel guests. My only gripe is the writing table not having a smooth top.

Il servizio è stato apprezzabile e molto apprezzato, la condizione della stanza è rimasta molto da desiderare. aggiornare i mobili e garantire una migliore pulizia e controllo dell'odore potrebbe migliorare notevolmente l'esperienza degli ospiti. Spero che la gestione consideri questi miglioramenti, poiché gli sforzi del personale meritano di essere conciliati con la qualità delle alloggi. In sintesi, [Nome dell'hotel] ha il potenziale di essere un grande luogo per soggiornare con il suo eccellente servizio, ma ha bisogno di alcuni importanti aggiornamenti alle sue strutture per fornire un'esperienza davvero comoda.

Hotel a bit outdated..room was big with comfy bed and high water pressure..room amenitities and cleanliness can be improved. Hotel located at batu buruk beach with walking distance to beach, food stall and KTCC..good breakfast spread but taste can be improved. Overall i enjoy my stay.

Paid RM220+ just to get a dusty room (a lot of dust under the bed) and the balcony sliding door was eaten by termites, also dusty and looks old. The bathtub was not clean and got ants too inside. Looks like they dont really do maintenance. What a pity since they had a picturesque view and peaceful environment. They just need to maintain  Overall, the room and the bathroom was huge and nice. The food was magnificent and reasonable for the price. We love the environment though. Peaceful and quiet
