Conveniently located near the Bukit Jalil stadiums, Hyatt Bukit Jalil offers easy access to the excitement of sporting events and concerts. The nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall, just a short 10-minute walk away, provides ample dining and shopping options. The room itself was surprisingly spacious and well-appointed. A particular highlight was the luxurious KenetMD shampoo, elevating the bathing experience. While the hotel offers limited on-site parking, it's a premium service. Given the capacity constraints, guests may need to park off-site and drop off luggage first, a minor inconvenience. Overall, my stay at Hyatt Bukit Jalil was quite pleasant. The convenient location, and comfortable accommodations make it a solid choice for those attending events at Bukit Jalil. I would certainly consider staying here again.

I am here solely for the convenient location to Pavilion Bukit Jalil (PBJ) that's just right opposite REVO, and the free shuttle bus from PBJ to Awan Besar LRT station. They have a pleasant BBQ area, a gym and a beautiful swimming pool at the top though. The room I stayed has no washing machine, and minimal cooking utensils. No plug point at the table area. Don't be picky about the room if you want to stay here. :)

Was at this hotel for 2 nights under their Half Board Package during CNY period and my review as follows: 1) Location It is attached to a quiet/dead mall but thankfully there were a lot of cafe, restaurants, small eateries and marrybrown fast food. There is also a 24 hours supermarket in the mall. Parking is chargeable at RM8 per day with multiple entries. Parking is ample and spacious and safe. IMO, the parking rate for hotel guests should be reduced as the hotel is located in old klang road/almost puchong and not in the city centre. 2) Buffet Breakfast The spread is good and the service staff especially Miss Lavenia (not sure if i spell her name correctly) is outstanding. Lavenia really make sure our dining experience at the restaurant is well taken care of. Thank you so much. The roti canai station guy is also very friendly towards my family request. Thank you once again for the nice breakfast dining experience. I also noticed all the managers/supervisors at the restaurant are quite hardworking and friendly. They helped to clear plates and make sure the buffet are well replenished. 3) Premium Room 2225 & 2226 Because we are taking the half board package, we were given room upgrade. The room is spacious, modern and comfortable. Toiletries are also of acceptable standard. It does feel like a good modern 4 star city hotel room from an international chain. 4) Swimming Pool & Gym The gym is quite good and spacious and clean. The pool however is a bit small and crowded and doesnt look nice for a new building complex. 5) Half Board Package Under this package, i will also be given rm100 dining allowance per room per stay at their restaurant as well as RM30 grab voucher per room per stay. In my honest opinion, i did find this package to be misleading because half board would mean 2 meals of the day are taken care of. At RM100 only per room per stay and this package is only available if you book a minimum of 2 nights and considering the food prices at the hotel restaurant, it is impossible to have 2 meals covered per day. If you are staying from Friday to Sunday like us, you can only dine ala carte at the restaurant out of their buffet timing. On a saturday, ala carte will only be available between 3pm to 6pm at the restaurant. We do not want to dine in room because our room will smell. Dining at their cafe lounge is also not a wise option as most of their tables are low table, may not be comfortable for older ppl to eat. The Grab voucher was supposed to be given to us during our stay so perhaps we can use it during our stay but it was only given to us after enquiring about it during check out. Really hope the hotel can improve on their half board package. Overall, i still think this is a good hotel to stay in KL because of their modern room and nice buffet breakfast.

The desk area was perfect for catching up on work, with comfortable seating and good lighting. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens and plush pillows that made it easy to fall asleep after a long day. The room also had soft, ambient lighting, which added to the cozy atmosphere. The temperature was easy to control, ensuring a perfect night’s rest. The room was beautifully decorated with a modern, minimalist design that felt both welcoming and calming. Soft color tones and tasteful decor created a peaceful environment, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. The room also came with thoughtful amenities like a well-stocked minibar, a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers, and fast Wi-Fi, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the room was everything I hoped for: spacious, functional, and incredibly cozy. It provided the perfect balance between comfort and practicality, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Although is budget hotel, their customer service is awesome! Respond to my fb messages very fast and solve my doubts. The room is quite mini actually but overall atmosphere is good for a short stay. We checked in very late around 2AM, process very smoothly. Although the reception is closed, the security guard assist us to check-in, which is exactly what was told by the customer service. Another plus points is got free parking and water dispenser machine. Good value for money and highly recommended.

The serviced apartment was spotless and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The only drawback is its location on the heavily congested Old Klang Road, so it’s important to plan your time carefully, especially if you have appointments.

Good. Given us top floor level 38, not very clean this time round but early check in than usual is a plus point especially during chinese new year. Thank you for the hospitality.

Unità molto bello con un grande spazio per un gruppo di famiglia per rimanere. Tutto è abbastanza buono e la sicurezza per l'unità attraverso la porta della griglia e la chiusura digitale del passaggio

Arrivammo all'hotel dal nostro lungo volo a cammino alle 6:00 e volevamo fare una doccia, ma non avevamo nessuno nella stanza. Ci siamo contattati e hanno detto che il lavandino non era stato consegnato, quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare. La biancheria da letto era di piccole dimensioni, e la luce principale della camera da letto non funzionava. Questi erano solo problemi importanti, perché la stanza complessiva era bella. Vorrei prenotare di nuovo, spero che le tolette siano già nella stanza per cominciare!
