The hotel boasts a pleasant atmosphere and an excellent location, conveniently situated near a train station and attached to a mall. However, transitioning between lifts from the ground lobby to the hotel lobby and then to the room can be cumbersome. Nevertheless, the staff are courteous and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a larger room on the 31st floor, featuring a magnificent view and a balcony. Breakfast is good too. The cleanliness of the toilet and the overall maintenance of the room were commendable. Overall, I have no complaints about my experience.

Soddisfatto della camera con vista su KLCC e KL Tower. Richiedi tempo per effettuare il check-in. Ma forse a causa delle vacanze scolastiche c'è una lunga coda per il check-in e la colazione. Se vuoi fare il check-out velocemente, basta consegnare la tua carta, ma dovrai comunque fare la fila per verificare il parcheggio perché c'è solo 1 sportello.

Spiacente esperienza di check-in nel conto. Solo 2 contori hanno aperto il check-in durante la stagione di vacanza di picco 31Dec. Purtroppo il personale di servizio deve gestire un grande gruppo di ospiti di check-in. La linea di servizio di hotline non viene chiamata. La gestione degli hotel deve intervenire per migliorare.

Spend a night here with my wife and my 2 year old baby. Very comfort room and also sparking clean, love the bathtub very much. Breakfast choice is not that much and also lack of seating space, but overall still taste great. Definitely will come back again.

Ho richiesto un piano più alto, sì, hanno dato il 50 ° piano con una vista fantastica di Kg Baru e KL. Ho visto il tramonto dalla mia camera ed è incredibile. Le pulizie e il concierge sono molto disponibili e ben informati. Ricordatevi di conservare la ricevuta di deposito, al momento del check out ci vorranno dieci minuti per controllare la camera e la caparra vi verrà restituita. 2. Le stanze su entrambi i lati di ogni piano sono divise in A e B, quindi il numero della stanza. Non c'è il 34 ° piano, 34 è 33 A. È facile confondersi la prima volta. 3. Per il cibo da asporto puoi ritirarlo solo tu stesso al piano di sotto, c'è un posto fisso davanti alla porta e il fattorino ti aspetterà lì con la sua piccola moto. 4. La pulizia della camera verrà effettuata ogni mattina dalle 9 alle 10. Busserà alla porta un ragazzo a cui abbiamo portato le nostre lenzuola e copripiumini usa e getta e gli abbiamo chiesto solo due bottiglie d'acqua. 5. L'asciugacapelli è dentro lo specchio del bagno. Questo hotel è davvero il Marriott più economico. Penso che sia abbastanza buono. È molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, ma è circondato da luoghi di ritrovo dei lavoratori. Non ci sono altri difetti La reception parla cinese Una volta ho perso il telefono prendi, sono stato trovato dalla reception che mi ha aiutato a contattarmi. Grazie mille per questo. Penso che tutti possano restare a guardare e l'enfasi è sul check-in anticipato! Ci sono pochissimi hotel come questo in Malesia. Check-in anticipato gratuito alle 13:00 (soggetto alla disponibilità dell'hotel): molto buono

Albergo bello buffet colazionr spettacolare. Petronas raggiungibili a piedi in 5 minuti. Vicino alla red line quindi comodo anche arrivando dall'aeroporto. Consigliato.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

Impiana is strategically located in the KLCC area. It is easily accessible and so near to UOA building which we have a training session. Is about 3 minutes walking distance. Their high speed WiFi is Perfect for business and leisure travellers. Anyway, the lighting is not suitable for those who stay there for training. It’s a bit romantic and sleepy. During weekdays, there are many places to get food. You can go to Bank Islam Meda Selera, Café at UOA building and a few food stall new the hotel. But, when weekend, you to walk a little bit far to get food i.e, you hove to walk about 10-15 minutes to KLCC area to get food. Which is not bad. Anyway, you also can purchase with the hotel itself, but a bit pricy.

You had to park opposite the hotel with one day rate and seem safe to me. They was lot of eateries around the hotel. So they would be no problem at all.

Il proprietario è molto amichevole. Rimango solo per poche ore a dormire. Perché non c'è condizionatore d'aria nelle camere da letto il comune è spazioso. Situato al condominio. Il personale si prenderà in piedi per avere la carta d'accesso. Il bagno molto di base porta i propri bagni. Per il prezzo che pago, penso che va bene, perché spero che la zona della cucina possa essere migliore.

Raccomando manej**** in uber perché è economico perché non è così vicino alle Petronas ma è una zona molto sicura, colpito da un shopping di c9pshop e del metro per andare alle caverne batu
