The service is awesome and one of the best five star hotel I’ve ever stayed. Every staff smiles to the guest and offers help whenever I need them. The hotel is full of antique vibe and brings me back to the 1900s. Though the location is not close to the pavilion but only 15 mins by Grab. 10 mins walk to the museum. It’s my 3rd Kuala Lumpur but it’s the best experience with Majestic hotel. Of course , there are something’s that need to be improved. One phone is down and the water quality is not that good. There is construction noise. Some mould in the room. The price is totally worthy anyways, I’ll definitely bring my family to stay here if we come to KL again

Stay with 37 floors. Infinity pool with great view. Pocket garden in floors were beautiful. Petronas tower and kl tower from your room window was awesome.

Abbiamo soggiornato con la famiglia in 3 camere e 2 appartamenti. Vorrei ringraziare il personale per aver ospitato entrambi gli appartamenti allo stesso piano e vicino l'uno all'altro. Gli appartamenti sono molto spaziosi (specialmente 3 camere, Wow!) e in buona condizione. Non menzionare le belle viste. Devo anche menzionare che il personale ha fatto un ottimo lavoro per aiutarci con ciò che le esigenze sono emerse durante il nostro soggiorno. Grazie per averci ospitato - è stato un piacere! :)

La terza volta che abbiamo soggiornato a Ramada dopo la Corea del Sud. E a causa della sua posizione e della sua pulizia abbiamo esteso la stanza per altri due giorni. La posizione è molto vicina a Bukit Bintang, che è il centro turistico. Negozi e cibo sono a piedi. Vorrei che la stanza fosse più pulita e la gestione dell'hotel farà di più su di essa. Il personale è buono. In generale, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. È un ristorante indiano appena a piedi (al di fuori dell'hotel a 10 metri) da dove si può ordinare il vostro cibo anche a mezzanotte.

Nel complesso, ho avuto un'ottima esperienza con l'Hilton. Tutto il personale di turno era incredibilmente disponibile e le dotazioni erano fantastiche. La camera era meravigliosa, pulita e perfetta per festeggiare un fine settimana di compleanno.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

Siamo stati per una notte, la posizione è buona e il personale è molto cordiale. Le foto mostrate da Trip.com erano imprecise, poiché il sito Web mostra che c'è una vasca da bagno. Spiacente esperienza di check-in nel conto. Solo 2 contori hanno aperto il check-in durante la stagione di vacanza di picco 31Dec. Purtroppo il personale di servizio deve gestire un grande gruppo di ospiti di check-in. La linea di servizio di hotline non viene chiamata. La gestione degli hotel deve intervenire per migliorare.

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

A small highly aesthetic boutique hotel with only 49 rooms that brands itself as a wellness 5 star hotel but falls short on practicality and service standards that you would expect from a 5 star property. Rooms are beautifully adorned and look pretty in pictures but in practice are inconvenient when in use. The bed is on a platform area which requires navigating up 3 steps which can be hazardous at night when trying to go to the bathroom. The TV is recently sized but it is far from the bed and it can't be moved any closer as it's fixed to the wall and not on an extendable mount. The bathroom partition is lined with wooden slats which allows in the cold air from the main room which results in freezing temperatures when exiting the bath. Was told the wrong timing for last call for breakfast as the timings are not the same for weekends and weekdays and was unable to be accommodated for breakfast, there was no attempt at service recovery from the staff. On the previous day on the weekend, another group had been left waiting almost an hour for their breakfast while everyone else was served due to a mix up in orders, even after they complained their orders were not expedited and others were still served before them, there was no attempt at service recovery for them either, not even a free coffee.

Prezzo ragionevole con colazione incluso nel mattino. efficiente e servizio-orientato personale. Credi a Jack e al Bangladeshi (Shahrul - spero di aver scritto il suo nome giusto). Entrambi hanno fatto davvero il loro sforzo per assicurarmi che io abbia un letto per rimanere, mentre l'ostello era pacchetto e pieno durante la mia presenza, quindi il loro sforzo deve essere apprezzato e lodato. La struttura è un'abitazione confortevole, in quanto vi sono interazioni umane di qualità e amichevole tra gli ospiti e anche con il personale. Inoltre, in questo ostello si possono incontrare anche altre nazionalità diverse dei viaggiatori e dei bagagli. In generale, ho goduto il mio soggiorno lì all'ostello, un luogo che si può conoscere amici e godere di un buon soggiorno in ostello.

Non so se sono la prima a valutare l'hotel in Cina, che è vicino alla strada Ts Fabric (China China Street), l'altra parte della stazione della metropolitana non è lontana da una stazione di trasporto passeggeri, ma la posizione geografica è certa! L'ambiente in generale, lo spazio è piccolo, la mia stanza non può vedere il paesaggio. Alla vicinanza della stanza c'è un grande serbatoio di acqua, molto affamato, condizionamento d'aria molto fastidioso, e'favorevole per le persone, quindi mi fa sentire...Naturalmente, è anche il mio problema. Un'altra cosa che penso sia particolarmente interessante è che la reception ha preso 50 MYR. Ha ordinato direttamente la prenotazione e 50 dollari in contanti con la macchina di prenotazione. Quando mi ho dato, ho visto due cassette di prenotazione. È scioccante. La loro moneta è davvero... non oso dire In generale, va bene, il servizio di prezzo geografico è molto buono. Se il turismo e gli affari possono vivere qui è anche una buona scelta

Whilst this hotel may not be everyone's cup of Teh Tahrik, it was certainly mine. I loved my stay here - the aesthetic of industrial chic was brilliant, the bed was super comfortable, the A/C and fan effective, staff friendly and inobtrusive, and in a great location on the fringe of Chinatown. Though I didn't have breakfast included, I did get a complimentary drink in the cafe downstairs each day. The outdoor bathroom was great as well - not for everyone I'll admit, but I quite liked it. If I had to point out some flaws, the lack of fridge was a surprise omission - though complimentary water bottles were available whenever I wanted (just not chilled). The room also was not especially dark at night - lots of LEDs from smoke alarms and the A/C, plus the lights from the courtyard/airwell plus the general light of the city coming in from the top windows. If sensitive to light, take eye masks. Otherwise, this has absolutely become my go-to hotel in KL.

La stanza non ha finestre, ventilazione e zanzare, e non c'è insegna del negozio all'esterno. Ci è voluta mezz'ora e ho chiesto alcune volte prima di trovarlo. La reception addebita anche una tassa di soggiorno estera di MYR5. Estorsione sotto mentite spoglie!
