Molto gentile il personale per preparare una sorpresa di compleanno per il mio compagno. Tutto il personale era molto professionale e cordiale. La terza volta che abbiamo soggiornato a Ramada dopo la Corea del Sud. E a causa della sua posizione e della sua pulizia abbiamo esteso la stanza per altri due giorni. La posizione è molto vicina a Bukit Bintang, che è il centro turistico. Negozi e cibo sono a piedi. Vorrei che la stanza fosse più pulita e la gestione dell'hotel farà di più su di essa. Il personale è buono. In generale, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. È un ristorante indiano appena a piedi (al di fuori dell'hotel a 10 metri) da dove si può ordinare il vostro cibo anche a mezzanotte.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

Trip.com stated 5* hotel but Google map stated 4*. Some personal feedback: Pros: ‼️ Location, location and location - While everywhere was jammed during countdown eve, the Grab driver was shocked our location was sooo smooth. From KLCC back to hotel was a breeze. ‼️ Water was refilled daily 👍 Cons: ❌ No bar fridge 😱 ❌ Phone was spoilt ❌ Office chair cushion literally sink in when seated omg. ❌ Hot water erratic and rain shower anyhow splash ❌ Noise - No way to sleep when someone is showering. Overall, breakfast was decent standard will likely stay here again in my next stay but hopefully not 20 years later. Cheers.

Very convenient location as link to Garden and Midvalley. Staff very helpful , request extra blanket and pillow for my kids and they immediately help and my kid and I have wonderful sleep that night. Swimming pools good for gateway but no staff jaga on the pool counter. I have to take towel from gym room myself , hope hotel improve on that

L'hotel era situato in una posizione molto strategica e molto vicino al NU sentral dove si potevano trovare cibo e servizi nelle vicinanze. L'hotel offre anche un parcheggio gratuito, ma era un po' spaventoso guidare con l'ascensore fino al seminterrato. Ha bisogno dell'assistenza della guardia di sicurezza per stare con te. A parte il parcheggio è tutto ok.

Its a small hotel/inn which is located right opposite Nu Sentral. 1-2 min walking distance from KL sentral Monorail Station. Got a very early check in at 11am, the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Even-though its a small hotel/inn, but their services given is outstanding. If you are not a picky traveller, this will be one of the best choice. We booked a room with a queen size bed for 2 nights, the room is clean and with basic amenities and little fridge provided. But one thing is that we requested a window room but there is a window looking glass wall which is eventually not a window, can view outside and sunlight barely shines in. Other than that, all are good! There is one accident happen, i assume there is a miscommunication between the staff, they accidentally open our room door at 7am without knocking or calling, which shocked us. Luckily with the door lock hooked. The staff apologized genuinely until we ask him to leave. Other than that, overall our staying experience with this hotel is good!

La posizione è super buona.Non è necessario attraversare la strada per andare al Parkson Mall accanto o al KL Sentra.C'è un corridoio al 1° piano. È molto comodo andare a KL Sentral e prendere l'espresso per l'aeroporto, ci vuole mezz'ora. L'attrezzatura dell'hotel è un po 'vecchia, il condizionatore d'aria è troppo rumoroso e l'isolamento acustico e l'isolamento dalla luce sono molto buoni, il che è molto importante per chi ha il sonno leggero come me. La colazione a buffet va bene, ma ci sarà meno scelta per i pasti cinesi. La prossima volta sceglierò quest'area, ma potrei scegliere tra Hilton e Aloft.

Per - Nelle vicinanze di LRT/MRT, anche la stazione di autobus a Pasar Seni. - Hotel pulito, stanza pulita. - Bella ricezione. - Connessione Wi-Fi forte Cons - LRT ferroviario vicino all'hotel. Puoi sentire il passaggio di LRT, ma non è molto - ”Gelandangan” proprio sotto l'hotel, si può sentire incomodo camminare per la strada alla notte - Ho visto un'analisi prima del colazione. Quindi è vero, il colazione è completamente grande per questo hotel. Forse l'hotel dovrebbe preparare un buon colazione per l'ospite. Totalmente mancanza di scelte. In generale, sicuramente ritorno a questo hotel di nuovo la prossima visita a KL!

Il 28 gennaio, sono tornato da una cena di matrimonio circa 2300 ore e non sono riuscito a entrare nella mia stanza per fare le domande di carte di scansione, sono sceso al desktop principale e nessuno era intorno... ho aspettato più di 20 minuti per qualcuno di venire a me.. Non c'era nessun altro che aspettava la stessa ragione.Cerco di chiamare il numero dell'hotel e nessuno si è girato per rispondere, ma il suo deskhelp di 24 ore dichiarato!!! È stata un atteggiamento molto poco professionale del personale, perché non si è chiesto scusa e quando ho sottolineato le questioni, lei ha risposto che solo un personale era in servizio di notte.

Aloft hotel,KL Sentral , only a 4star hotel , but is as good as a 5 star hotel. I see the room, bed and shower room all clean and nice. Breakfast was really good with many choices, The staffs were very helpful and kind. We stayed 17th Feb to 21st Feb, than went out , than came back for another 4 days to stay here and than went away than came back to stay another 5 days $th March to the 9th March 2023. The Manager Michael, Assistant Manager Carlos andcultural Manager Patrich , were all nice. Carlos was vey good he upgraded us to top floor and fill up our fridge with lots of drinks and snacks. I would advice people to go there spend a decent price for the rooms and breakfast and enjoy your stay. It was really good Gaga,Karthik, and the front house staffs all equally helpful.. There is a Gym room and Swimming pool on the top floor very convienient and Clean. Thanks
