1st the check in team not inform me the check in time is 3pm.. I read in the booking can check in 11am to 6pm.. I wait at the lobby from 2pm until 3pm.. Then 3 pm the check in team not there also.. I wait until 3.20pm.. Then i can check in.. My kids was crying so bad in the car.. The swimming pool i think so crowded maybe because holiday.. Other than that.. everythings is ok..

Il viaggio di Lancaway è aumentato molto a causa del colore dell'hotel. Molto stile di costruzione in Asia sudorientale, piscina profonda nell'ambiente naturale, prezzi preferiti di cocktail, canzoni in loco ogni lunedì sera, colazione libera quando gli ospiti sono meno, e stili di camera aggiornati gratuitamente sono molto soddisfacenti.

Il posto era ancora meglio delle foto! È stato molto pulito, moderno, confortevole, tranquillo, dotato di qualsiasi cosa che qualcuno dovesse sentire a casa e, più importante, tutto ha funzionato perfettamente. A pochi minuti a piedi dalle due torri, dai centri commerciali e dai mercati vicini. Il signor Erfan è stato molto gentile e ci ha aiutato molto con il nostro soggiorno, lo apprezziamo davvero. Ps. Non dimenticate di provare la piscina e la palestra sul 47th e 48th floor!

Снимали квартиру с 2-мя спальнями, квартира была чистая, стиральная машинка, минимум посуды, холодильник. Очень порадовало наличие 2-х сан узлов, для 4-х человек это важно) в одной спальне была сломана кровать (проваливалась) и постельное белье чистая синтетика, спать было на нем тяжело. Квартира находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от башен Петронас. Останавливаемся в этом доме уже второй раз. Первый раз была квартира намного хуже, поэтому советую не обращать внимания на отзывы, так как все квартиры там разные и их много. На 11 этаже есть хороший бассейн и минимальный тренажерный зал

La stanza era super spaziale, ha 2 letti regina in questa unità, l'ospite era molto responsabile e vi accoglierà se avete domande o se avete bisogno di qualcosa.. l'unità viene con cuccoo macchina e anche gratis Netflix account.. La vista dalla piscina è stata fantastica.. Tuttavia il parco auto non è complimentare non deve pagare RM5 per entrata e la pulizia può essere migliorata soprattutto sotto il letto hehe ma in generale sono soddisfatto del mio soggiorno con le suite m dal momento che il proprietario è super bello! Definitivamente ripeterà

Terrible stay, dissappointed services and not well maintained facilities! Staff being unreasonable. Scam us and lied to us regards to our room. 1. Call the host (Israfil) that we have reached, he said he will come down, waited for 20mins and still not here. Only to called him again and he said he's at the lobby. And he has been standing all the while with no initiative to call us and talking to his friend. Went there and asked if he is the host. Yes, indeed he is. 2. Reached outside our hotel room and saw a hanging key and quietly went inside to our great surprise there were 3 housekeepers seating and chit-chatting at the sofa. They looked super shocked and asked again if this is my room. Get up and they turned on the aircon, with the sofa cover not covered properly and in a mess , floor carpet with crumbs?. And they looked ard maybe a last check? Terribleeeeee!!! 3. We booked for 2 three bedroom suites. Checked in and my cousin received a room with a glass door with no privacy. She is pregnant and staying with her parents and one of our other relative. She called in to have a room change. Was informed they have only 3 three bedroom suites and 1 room left which is my cousin. And mine was an upgraded 4 bedroom suite which Israfil didn't informed me it was? Googled and there's no 4 bedroom suites. Checked out, infront of my cousin asked him again if mine is an upgraded one, he said NO! Mine is 3 bedroom suite same as hers which is no. Mine has no glass door. We felt cheated. They twisted their words. 3. The whole apartment is a disaster! Laundry room toilet, the water spray is leaking. Room 1 has no lock! The room can't be closed properly with an open gap at the top corner. Beds and pillows looks stained and dirty! Master bedroom bathroom has no lock!! Maybe the lock is for show?? The bathtub is dirty have to keep washing it off for many times. Shower gel is empty. Total rundown! 4. Service is super slow!!! Asked for the spare key from checked in and was delayed till we went out and came back yet have to wait from 10pm to almost 12am after so many spam whatsapp to only received the key from a 'black face' staff (not the skin clr obviously, no racist game of course) 5. Forgotten about the rules that we cant place the rubbish outside the hotel room and forgotten to called the staff to pick up and throw, so no warning letter given for a first timer?. Straight 200rm penalty. Offered to pay but host can't issue an invoice due to holidays?. Maybe he meant weekends. After some arguments , debate here and there, finally he can issue a manual invoice. The whole experience with the services, staff and apartment makes the holidays bad!. Will never return here and no one should too. Hope the above management can have a proper background check of this company and why are they still operating. La stanza è pulita e abbastanza grande. La vista dalla stanza è sulla strada. Ma non era alto piano. La cosa principale che la piscina al tetto è stata chiusa durante il mio soggiorno. È un grande problema per turisti come me che sono venuto solo per qualche giorno a KL. C'è un buon posto di lavoro alla parte superiore e al bar vino/cocktail.E giornata di fitness.Le migliori strutture in parte superiore.Potrebbero essere i giochi di traffico al momento di punta per aspettare l'ascensore.
