It's our 1st time to stay in this Hotel even though we used to stay in Amari Watergate but now it's just called Amari Bangkok whenever we went to Bangkok, Thailand. A very quiet hotel in a peaceful location maybe it's a weekend! Still a very new & very nice hotel. Nice and very clean room we had at 15th Floor, 1509! Great breakfast with good spread, delicious foods & friendly staff. Nice swimming pool though we didn't swim! Very Happy to come back again for our weekend staycation to this hotel as it's just a walking distance to Garden & MidValleyMall and to LRT Station, Abdullah Hukum. Somehow, whenever I switched on the TV, it greeted me with a wrong name maybe the previous customer! Luckily, it's a man's name, otherwise my wife maybe suspicious😂😂😂!

The worst receptionist and manager at there, close the check counter at 10pm, when called no answer. Then how i am supposed to verify my check in timing and ask details. The best part, when went there, the security guard has to phonr on the manager where he is staying there itself. After 20 mins he came down n was told bookings under trip is no more available, then WTH you all still inside trip.com. stupidity beyond sky limits. He just told me off ask trip.comto refund n walked off, i mean like seriously!!!. Its either the trip.com take this hotel out from the app , if not u all gona look very2 bad in the public eye, im avid user of this app, but my patience tolerance is a peak. I wouldnt mind to make a nuisance out of this matter . Thank you

The room was nice and clean. My request for high floor and king bed was fulfilled, and the room has a pretty good view of the city. The room was pretty spacious and has plenty of room to move around and a tiny corner to chill in the evening

L'hotel è proprio a kl sender, molto comodo, è molto comodo per raggiungere l'aeroporto, fare shopping e mangiare e raggiungere i punti panoramici circostanti. Va notato che il complesso edilizio è un po 'complicato e devi capirlo in anticipo, soprattutto se c'è una deviazione nella posizione della presa, fortunatamente hai una scheda telefonica malese, quindi puoi contattare il conducente per confermare la posizione. Questo è ciò a cui tutti devono prestare attenzione.

L'hotel è situato vicino a Sentral e al monotreno. La piscina al tetto è fredda, la palestra è piccola ma ottima. La stanza è OK ma 2 problemi, 1. Non comprendono lavastoviglie che è stupido, e 2. È vicino a una moschea che ha fatto saltare la musica a circa 6.30am interruptenti uomini dormono.

Riviera City offre un soggiorno medio con strutture di base adatte per visite brevi. La posizione è conveniente, con facile accesso alle attrazioni vicine e al trasporto pubblico. Le camere sono decenti, ma potrebbero utilizzare alcuni aggiornamenti per un miglior comfort e estetica. Il servizio è soddisfacente, ma non particolarmente notevole. Anche se soddisfa le esigenze essenziali, vi è spazio per migliorare la pulizia e l'attenzione ai dettagli. In generale, è una buona opzione se stai cercando un soggiorno a buon mercato senza grandi aspettative.

Stamattina, mentre andava fuori, mi sono incontrato con il personale di custodia e li ho chiesti di sostituire la cassetta di cuoio, quando ho notato un odore; e quando sono tornato nella mia stanza, tutto lo spazio mi sentivo rinfrescato e rigenerato. C'era un bel bouquet di fiori freschi sul desk, e il desk aveva una bella creazione di tovaglioli piegati, una coppia di coglioni e un piccolo orso.Questi dettagli pensativi mi hanno davvero impressionato. Il personale ha lasciato un'osservazione calda e cordiale, che mi ha fatto il giorno, grazie per la vostra attenzione e per la vostra attenzione, rendendo la mia vacanza ancora più piacevole.
