Riviera City offre un soggiorno medio con strutture di base adatte per visite brevi. La posizione è conveniente, con facile accesso alle attrazioni vicine e al trasporto pubblico. Le camere sono decenti, ma potrebbero utilizzare alcuni aggiornamenti per un miglior comfort e estetica. Il servizio è soddisfacente, ma non particolarmente notevole. Anche se soddisfa le esigenze essenziali, vi è spazio per migliorare la pulizia e l'attenzione ai dettagli. In generale, è una buona opzione se stai cercando un soggiorno a buon mercato senza grandi aspettative.

Per raggiungere il centro e altre aree di KL, bisogno di una gratta, controllare la distanza a terra prenotazione ..Abbiamo preso due camere è sufficiente per la nostra famiglia, controllare nuovamente la dimensione della camera prima di prenotazione .servazione è buon personale è amichevole e molto utile,valore per soldi

Excellent staff, very helpful . The young lady walked me outside to show me how to get a short cut to Sentral station . It was 2 minutes to the elevator that took you to the station to get airport train . The room was very clean , bedding and towels very crisp and clean and in good condition. The AC was super cold and very comfortable bed. They provide me with water . I will stay there again . Highly recommend .

I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for getting around. The only downside was the elevator wait time. It often took quite a while, especially during peak hours. It would definitely help if this could be improved.

A hostel in the heart of the city, close to KL Sentral and Little India. A lively and busy place with all the basic amenities. Perfect location and ideal for active backpackers. But be warned, if you are looking for a place to relax and sleep, this is definitely not for you because you will hear Punjabi music all night long at full volume from your roommates who do not want to respect the hostel's quiet time from 11pm to 8am. There's a cozy cafe downstairs with a nice vibe and the staff is friendly.

È un piccolo hotel/locanda che si trova proprio di fronte a Nu Sentral. 1-2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della monorotaia KL sentral. Ho fatto il check-in molto presto alle 11:00, l'addetto alla reception è molto gentile e disponibile. Anche se è un piccolo hotel/locanda, ma i servizi offerti sono eccezionali. Se non sei un viaggiatore esigente, questa sarà una delle scelte migliori. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con un letto queen size per 2 notti, la camera è pulita e con servizi essenziali e un piccolo frigorifero in dotazione. Ma una cosa è che abbiamo richiesto una stanza con finestra ma c'è una parete di vetro che guarda la finestra che alla fine non è una finestra, può vedere all'esterno e la luce del sole splende a malapena. A parte questo, sono tutte buone! Si è verificato un incidente, presumo che ci sia un errore di comunicazione tra il personale, hanno accidentalmente aperto la porta della nostra camera alle 7 del mattino senza bussare o chiamare, il che ci ha scioccato. Per fortuna con la serratura agganciata. Il personale si è scusato sinceramente finché non gli abbiamo chiesto di andarsene. A parte questo, nel complesso la nostra esperienza di soggiorno in questo hotel è buona!

Camera semplice e pulita. Un posto tranquillo dove riposare. C'è una macchina per l'acqua calda e fredda nel corridoio. La reception è utile per farti fare il check-in in anticipo.

I stayed for 2 nights with my wife and two toddlers, and we had a wonderful experience. We got a free room upgrade, and the room was very clean and felt new, with complete amenities. For Muslim travelers, I highly recommend this hotel as most of the staff are Muslim and warmly greet you every time you meet them. The location is also great — you’ll find a 24-hour Nasi Mamak restaurant nearby, along with local fruit stalls, small eateries, minimarkets, and a self-service laundry, all of which make the trip more convenient and enjoyable. The hotel is very close to public transport, just a few steps from KL Sentral and directly connected to NU Sentral Mall, as it is located right under the monorail station. One thing that could be improved is the soundproofing, as noise from neighboring rooms can be heard. However, this wasn’t a big issue for us since we only used the hotel for resting at night.

Aveva una piccola stanza di base senza finestre, dovevo solo regolare il condizionatore perché era direttamente in faccia e colpito direttamente sulla parte superiore del letto, ma la cosa migliore di questo è la sua posizione accanto alla stazione KL Sentral Monorail.
